Als organisatie stimuleren wij dit en ondersteunen alle medewerkers waar wij kunnen. Met de training omtrent het persoonlijk leiderschap bieden wij een stuk maatwerk door medewerkers inzicht te geven in hun eigen kunnen en hoe zij de verantwoordelijkheid kunnen nemen over hun eigen ontwikkeling/ loopbaan. Come organizzazione, incoraggiamo questo e supportiamo tutti i dipendenti dove possiamo.
