Door op individueel niveau de duurzame inzetbaarheid in kaart te brengen, geeft dat op team- en organisatieniveau de mogelijkheid om rapportages te genereren. Dit samen zorgt ervoor dat op individueel de nodige en passende interventies kunnen worden gefaciliteerd door werkgever; op team- en organisatieniveau kunnen gemeenschappelijke ambities worden samengebracht en kan een langere termijn beleid op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid worden uitgestippeld, inclusief een bibliotheek aan interventies waar medewerkers vanuit persoonlijk leiderschap structureel invulling geven aan toekomstbestendigheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid.
