Maars Living Walls combineert jarenlange ervaring met bijzondere innovatiekracht, waardoor esthetiek en performance moeiteloos samensmelten. Al meer dan 70 jaar ontwikkelt, produceert, verkoopt en monteert Maars flexibele indelingen. Maars is continu op zoek naar duurzame en verantwoorde oplossingen voor haar producten. Reduceren, hergebruiken en recyclen zijn diep geworteld in de filosofie van het bedrijf. Deze duurzame aanpak zet zich voort in de inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. Vitale en gezonde medewerkers zijn de basis voor het succes die Maars kan behalen. De resultaten van het onderzoek in duurzame inzetbaarheid bieden een mogelijkheid om de inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers in kaart te brengen. Hieruit zullen op maat gemaakte risicoprofielen en interventieplannen voortkomen, welke Maars de mogelijkheid geeft om kansen te bieden aan een gezond en plezierig arbeidsleven voor haar medewerkers. De bijdrage vanuit het ESF zal ervoor zorgen dat er een optimalisering zal plaatsvinden in het werkgeluk van de medewerkers van Maars. (Dutch)
