Nossin FMI BV is een fijnmechanisch productiebedrijf uit Beek en Donk. Nossin werkt met een kernteam van drie mensen, dat onlangs is geformeerd. Nossin heeft een ambitie gericht op duurzame groei en wil zijn positie als stabiele werkgever in de regio verder uitbouwen. Het doel is van dit traject om medewerkers meer te stimuleren om zelf eigenaarschap te pakken. Dit wordt ook de volgende stap in de groei. Eigenaar en kernteamleden zijn bereid om daarin te investeren en ook kritische naar hun eigen rol daarin te kijken. Het is daarom belangrijk dat er in de volle breedte meer aandacht komt voor het ontwikkelen van een leercultuur. Iedereen wordt op dit moment nog onvoldoende uitgedaagd om verder te kijken dan het uitvoeren van hun taken. Hier iets aan doen wordt de volgende stap. (Dutch)
