Professions disappear and new opportunities are also emerging. Employment contracts for your whole life no longer exist. Diplomas are also rapidly outdated. What about the employee? It only has a future if he/she continues to develop. In order to remain fully employable, it is important that people continue to develop. For people without work and with a (greater) distance from the labour market, regional municipalities in the labour market region offer opportunities. Labour market region ZOB is working towards a society in which everyone can participate according to their ability. It is about helping and keeping these vulnerable groups at work. The commitment to qualities is important in this respect. For young people, status holders, beneficiaries (with a greater distance from the labour market), but also for non-benefit recipients, there are opportunities for gaining work experience and moving to paid employment. There are also opportunities for employment for people with disabilities. This can be done, for example, by means of sheltered work. (English)

    Ieder mens heeft zijn/haar eigen kracht en passie om regie te houden op zijn/haar leven. De arbeidsmarkt verandert in een snel tempo mede door de gevolgen van de coronacrisis. Beroepen verdwijnen en er ontstaan ook nieuwe kansen. Arbeidscontracten voor je hele leven bestaan niet meer. Ook diploma’s zijn snel verouderd. En de werknemer? Die heeft alleen toekomst als hij/zij zich blijft ontwikkelen. Om goed inzetbaar te blijven is het belangrijk dat mensen zich blijven ontwikkelen. Voor personen zonder werk en met een (grotere) afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt bieden de regiogemeenten in de arbeidsmarktregio ZOB mogelijkheden. Arbeidsmarktregio ZOB werkt aan een samenleving waarin iedereen naar vermogen kan meedoen. Het gaat om het aan het werk helpen en houden van deze kwetsbare groepen. Het inzetten op kwaliteiten is hierbij belangrijk. Voor jongeren, statushouders, uitkeringsgerechtigden (met een grotere afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt), maar ook voor niet-uitkeringsontvangers zijn er kansen om werkervaring op te doen en door te stromen naar een betaalde baan. Ook voor mensen met arbeidsbeperking zijn er mogelijkheden voor een dienstverband. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld d.m.v. beschut werk. (Dutch)

    Cada persona tiene su propia fuerza y pasión para mantener el control de su vida. El mercado laboral está cambiando rápidamente debido a las consecuencias de la crisis del coronavirus. Las profesiones desaparecen y también están surgiendo nuevas oportunidades. Los contratos de trabajo para toda su vida ya no existen. Los diplomas también están rápidamente obsoletos. ¿Y el empleado? Solo tiene futuro si continúa desarrollándose. A fin de seguir siendo plenamente empleables, es importante que las personas sigan desarrollándose. Para las personas sin trabajo y a una distancia (mayor) del mercado laboral, los municipios regionales de la región del mercado laboral ofrecen oportunidades. ZOB está trabajando hacia una sociedad en la que todos puedan participar en función de sus capacidades. Se trata de ayudar y mantener a estos grupos vulnerables en el trabajo. El compromiso con las cualidades es importante a este respecto. Para los jóvenes, los titulares de estatutos, los beneficiarios (con una mayor distancia del mercado laboral), pero también para los que no reciben prestaciones, existen oportunidades para adquirir experiencia laboral y pasar a un empleo remunerado.     Ogni persona ha la propria forza e passione per mantenere il controllo della propria vita. Il mercato del lavoro sta cambiando rapidamente a causa delle conseguenze della crisi del coronavirus. Le professioni scompaiono e stanno emergendo anche nuove opportunità. I contratti di lavoro per tutta la vita non esistono più. Anche i diplomi sono rapidamente obsoleti. E l'impiegato? Ha un futuro solo se continua a svilupparsi. Per rimanere pienamente occupabili, è importante che le persone continuino a svilupparsi. Per le persone senza lavoro e con una distanza (maggiore) dal mercato del lavoro, i comuni regionali della regione del mercato del lavoro offrono opportunità. La regione del mercato del lavoro ZOB sta lavorando per una società alla quale tutti possono partecipare in base alle proprie capacità. Si tratta di aiutare e mantenere al lavoro questi gruppi vulnerabili. L'impegno per le qualità è importante in questo senso. Per i giovani, i titolari di status, i beneficiari (a una distanza maggiore dal mercato del lavoro), ma anche per i beneficiari non previdenziali, vi sono opportunità di acquisire un'esperienza lavorativa e di passare a un'occupazione retribuita.
