Zorggroep Ena (www.zorggroepena.nl) biedt woon- en zorgondersteuning. Veranderingen in het zorgdomein (eigen regie en zelfredzaamheid van cliënt) vragen om ondersteuning met een verschuiving van ‘zorgen voor, naar zorgen dat’. Zorggroep Ena merkt dat het een uitdaging is voor de werknemers om hierin mee te komen en wil nu een project uitvoeren ter bevordering van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers. Vanuit de gedachte van zelforganisatie en inzet van passende vaardigheden en competenties dienen zij het werk vanuit hun eigen kracht te organiseren en, met meer teamverantwoordelijkheid, zélf meer invloed op de eigen werkuitvoering te kunnen uitoefenen. Om nu en in de toekomst duurzaam inzetbaar te blijven, ziet Zorggroep Ena de oplossing in een werkklimaat, waarin medewerkers meer eigenaarschap kunnen nemen voor hun eigen professionele ontwikkeling. Om de medewerkers hierbij te faciliteren, wil Zorggroep Ena medewerkers in staat te stellen om: - in een flexibele werkcultuur met meer verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwen invloed uit te oefenen op hun taken in de organisatie - in een hieraan ondersteunende leercultuur kennis en vaardigheden blijvend te ontwikkelen en op lange termijn stimuleren - bij de benutting van kennis, talenten en competenties de regie neer te leggen bij de teams en medewerkers omdat de gekozen route niet gepaard mag gaan met ervaren werkdruk en stress.
