Hessing Supervers is voornemens om naar aanleiding van de resultaten van een onderzoek naar inzetbaarheid een programma te ontwerpen en uit te voeren gericht op medewerkers met een verhoogd leefstijl-risico. Individuele medewerkers worden ondersteund bij hun leefstijlverandering met voorlichting, coaching en begeleiding. Dit draagt bij aan een verhoogde inzetbaarheid door minder ongepland verzuim en een verbeterde performance aangezien medewerkers beter en fitter in hun vel zitten daarnaast draagt het bij aan een groter draagvlak voor soortgelijke programma’s in de organisatie. Hessing Supervers tiene la intención, siguiendo los resultados de una encuesta sobre empleabilidad, de diseñar e implementar un programa dirigido a los empleados con un mayor riesgo de estilo de vida. Los empleados individuales son apoyados en su cambio de estilo de vida con educación, coaching y orientación. Esto contribuye a aumentar la empleabilidad debido al ausentismo menos no planificado y a la mejora del rendimiento, ya que los empleados son mejores y más adecuados además de esto, contribuye a un mayor apoyo a programas similares en la organización. Hessing supervers intende, a seguito dei risultati di un'indagine sull'occupabilità, progettare e attuare un programma rivolto ai dipendenti con un maggiore rischio di stile di vita. I singoli dipendenti sono supportati nel loro cambiamento di stile di vita con l'istruzione, il coaching e l'orientamento. Ciò contribuisce ad aumentare l'occupabilità a causa dell'assenteismo meno imprevisto e delle prestazioni migliorate in quanto i dipendenti sono migliori e più installato in aggiunta a questo, contribuisce a un maggiore sostegno per programmi simili nell'organizzazione.
