Shimano Europe Holding BV
Property / summary

Shimano is an internationally operating organisation that has emphatically included in its mission and vision that she sees the development and motivation of its employees as important pillars of the organisation. Employee satisfaction is tested and examined every two years. The results examined, which have been carried out by employees, now require interventions. The introduction of TWI is a response to increasing the role clarity (enhancing point from the Employee satisfaction Survey 2015). By training employees as a job instructor, the involvement is increased and other competencies of these employees are used. A short learning period on the execution of tasks makes job rotation easier and increases internal flexibility. Heavier tasks can therefore be more easily interspersed with lighter tasks. (English)

(Dutch)
