Today’s economy requires a lot of businesses and its employees. In addition, due to the increasing ageing of their employees, the average age of their employees is rising, resulting in labour shortages.The workload/stress is increasing, as a result the overall health risks are greater and this has the necessary impact on the working experience. In part, Simple Check aims to ensure and promote the sustainable employability of employees, in the areas of: — working healthily and safely; — a healthier lifestyle; — reducing workload/stress; — forms of behaviour in the workplace. This will be done through the execution of a Sustainable Employability Scan in combination with a physical and mental examination. The ultimate goal is to increase insight, knowledge and awareness about the individual employability and health (mental/physical) of the employees. The individual inventories and evaluations are used as a basis for drawing up a plan of approach with instigation of implementation. (English) | |||||||||||||||

De hedendaagse economie vraagt veel van ondernemingen en haar medewerkers. Daarnaast stijgt door de toenemende vergrijzing de gemiddelde leeftijd van hun medewerkers, wat arbeidskrapte tot gevolg heeft .De werkdruk/ -stress neemt toe, daardoor zijn de algehele gezondheidsrisico’s groter en heeft dit de nodige invloed op de werkbeleving. Mede hierdoor heeft Simple Check als doel om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te waarborgen en te bevorderen, op het gebied van: - gezond en veilig werken; - een gezondere leefstijl; - terugdringen van werkdruk /-stress; - omgangsvormen op de werkvloer. Dit zal gebeuren middels de uitvoer van een Duurzame Inzetbaarheidsscan in combinatie met een fysiek en mentaal onderzoek. Het uiteindelijke doel is het vergroten van inzicht, kennis en bewustwording omtrent de individuele inzetbaarheid en gezondheid (mentaal/fysiek) van de medewerkers. De individuele inventarisaties en evaluaties worden gebruikt als basis voor het opstellen van een plan van aanpak met aanzet tot implementatie. (Dutch)
