For VDL HMI, it is important that the individual knowledge of the employees is disseminated to other employees in the company in order to increase their sustainable employability.     Voor VDL HMI is het van belang om de individuele kennis van de werknemers gedissemineerd wordt naar ander medewerkers in het bedrijf om zo hun duurzame inzetbaarheid te vergroten. Door het gebruik maken van elkaars kennis en de verspreiding van deze kennis in het bedrijf wordt er gezorgd dat de medewerkers op een hoger kennis niveau bereiken, en daardoor ook veel bet inzetbaar zijn ook buiten hun eigen functie. Dit zorgt er voor dat men ook meer afwisseling krijgt in de werkzaamheden en hierdoor de werknemers zich verder ontwikkelen wat het mogelijk maakt deze ook duurzamer in te zetten. Daarnaast zal door deze opzet de vitaliteit en de gezondheid van de medewerkers verhoogd. Door de beter kennis overdracht wordt ook de interne mobiliteit verhoogd en zal doordat men reeds beter geleerd heeft het stressniveau vanwege onbekendheid van de verschillende werkzaamheden op een ander plek daarbij veel minder een rol spelen. Teven biedt dit nieuwe mogelijkheden voor medewerkers. Hierbij is het project gericht op het Participeren in het verduurzamen van kennis en vaardigheden, mederwerkers leveren zelf een bijdrage aan hun eigen interne scholing. Er wordt op deze manier continu gewerkt aan verbreding of verdieping van kennis, De organisatie medewerkers weet te faciliteren bij het maken van leer-content. (Dutch)
