Met KEC Onderwijs beogen we flexibele inzet van personeel en op-maat-trajecten binnen het onderwijs (zowel intern als extern), waarbij het komend jaar een uitdaging wordt om interne mensen flexibel extern in te zetten en de verbinding te creëren tussen intern Het Driespan en de omgeving (externe) partners/klanten.Collegae zoeken de verbinding intern met de locaties (scholen) van Het Driespan en anticiperen in een meer klantgerichte omgeving, waarin andere vaardigheden (ondernemer- en leiderschap) worden gevraagd. Medewerkers krijgen de kans zich nieuwe vaardigheden eigen te maken en hun ambities waar te maken. Ze krijgen handvatten om leiderschap vaardigeden uit te oefenen en de mogelijkheid om zich te ontplooien tot ondernemer. (Dutch)
