Materieel wil ter verbetering van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers gezamenlijk met medewerkers een veiligheidsprogramma ontwikkelen en implementeren in de organisatie, gericht op veiligheid als DNA voor de manier van werken en aansturing. Het programma moet een geïntegreerd geheel zijn en passen binnen de ontwikkelingen en het veiligheidskompas van BAM Groep. In samenwerking met de medewerkers wil BAM IAM middels safety commitment, safety ownership en safety empowerment een eenduidig beleid en cultuur m.b.t. leiderschap, management, workfloor, regels en procedures, tooling, meting en monitoring, en communicatie implementeren.
