Frijling produces pastry products such as stuffed cakes and cakes. The production plant in Dalfsen includes a production line and a packaging line. Frijling has to do with all kinds of developments such as price pressure, automation, ageing, scaling up, globalisation and consumer trends. This means that Frijling as an organisation wants to be agile and remain agile in order to respond adequately to these developments. To achieve this, Frijling wants to strengthen the learning culture within her organisation through this project. By allowing employees to become better in their work, to exchange knowledge and experience with each other, they make progress individually and as a team, contributing to the energy and work pleasure of the employees. Frijling produceert banketproducten zoals gevulde koeken en cakes. Het productiebedrijf in Dalfsen omvat een bereidings- en een verpakkingslijnen. Frijling heeft te maken met allerlei ontwikkelingen zoals prijsdruk, automatisering, vergrijzing, schaalvergroting, globalisering en consumententrends. Dit maakt dat Frijling als organisatie wendbaar wil zijn en blijven zodat er adequaat gereageerd kan worden op deze ontwikkelingen. Om dit te realiseren wil Frijling middels dit project de leercultuur binnen haar organisatie versterken. Door medewerkers beter te laten worden in hun werk, kennis en ervaring met elkaar te laten uitwisselen, boeken zij individueel en als team vooruitgang, wat bijdraagt aan de energie en het werkplezier van de medewerkers. Door zowel leidinggevenden als medewerkers te betrekken wordt een zo duurzaam mogelijk resultaat behaald. (Dutch)
