The Theme Professionalisation Employees and IT organisation is an important part of the IT for Purpose programme of the Free University IT organisation. In this theme, the Initiation of a learning culture is an important aspect. A learning culture is expressed on a daily basis in the (cooperation) processes of the organisation. The focus on these processes contributes to the thematic objectives: 1. Develop a systematically managed and learning organisation 2. Developing knowledge, skills and behaviour in an ever-changing context. 3. Develop optimal (internal) IT collaboration processes to support IT as a customer-oriented and efficient service provider. Het Thema Professionalisering Medewerkers en IT-organisatie is een belangrijk onderdeel van het programma IT for Purpose van de IT-organisatie van de Vrije Universiteit. In dit thema is het Initiëren van een leercultuur een belangrijk aspect. Een leercultuur komt dagelijks tot uitdrukking in de (samenwerkings)processen van de organisatie. Met de focus op deze processen wordt een bijdrage geleverd aan de themadoelstellingen: 1. Ontwikkelen van een systematisch bestuurde en lerende organisatie 2. Ontwikkelen van kennis, vaardigheden en gedrag in een steeds veranderende context. 3. Ontwikkelen van optimale (interne) IT-samenwerkingsprocessen ter ondersteuning van IT als klantgerichte en efficiënte dienstverlener. Dit leidt tot de beoogde vitale en duurzame IT-organisatie met competente, betrokken en verantwoordelijke medewerkers. (Dutch)
