The project Statusholders aims to integrate the new Amsterdam status holders through work. The participants will remain on a journey for three years so that they are assured of adequate guidance and aftercare. In the project WSP area-oriented work, the demand of local employers based in North and New-West is central to the implementation of area-oriented activities.     Het project Statushouders heeft als doel om de nieuwe Amsterdamse statushouders te integreren door werk. De deelnemers blijven drie jaar in een traject zodat zij zijn verzekerd van voldoende begeleiding en nazorg. In het project House of Skills wil de gemeente met een aantal partners werkenderwijs sleutelen aan de organisatiestructuur van de arbeidsmarkt, gericht op duurzame inzetbaarheid en intersectorale mobiliteit. In het project WSP gebiedsgericht werken staat de vraag van de lokale werkgevers gevestigd in Noord en Nieuw-West centraal bij de uitvoering van gebiedsgerichte activiteiten. Uitgangspunt is dat arbeid en arbeidsmogelijkheden in eigen buurt leidt tot duurzamere arbeidsrelaties en meer cohesie in een buurt. (Dutch)

    El proyecto Statusholders tiene como objetivo integrar a los nuevos titulares del estatuto de Amsterdam a través del trabajo. Los participantes permanecerán en un viaje durante tres años para garantizarles una orientación adecuada y una atención posterior. En el proyecto House of Skills, el municipio quiere trabajar con una serie de socios para trabajar en la estructura organizativa del mercado laboral, centrándose en la empleabilidad sostenible y la movilidad intersectorial. En el proyecto de trabajo orientado al área del programa, la demanda de empleadores locales con sede en el norte y en el Nuevo Oeste es fundamental para la ejecución de actividades orientadas a la zona. El punto de partida es que el empleo y las oportunidades de empleo en su propio vecindario conducen a unas relaciones de empleo más sostenibles y a una mayor cohesión en los países vecinos. (Spanish)
