Duurzame inzetbaarheid is voor Roald Hans, die zich bevindt in een zeer specifieke/specialistische branche erg belangrijk. Het ontwikkelen van vakinhoudelijke vaardigheden is met name het ontwikkelen van niet bedrijfsspecifieke vaardigheden van belang voor een duurzame toekomst. De noodzaak om steeds meer ondernemende medewerkers te hebben die initiatief tonen en zelfstandig werkzaamheden kunnen inschatten en uitvoeren wordt steeds groter.
