Incentro is een modern IT-bedrijf die verschillende diensten aanbieden als het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en beheren van websites, webshop en apps tot het automatiseren van marketingactiviteiten en reguleren van interne informatiestromen. Bij Incentro staat de mens centraal en daarom hebben zij het geluk van hun medewerkers hoog in het vaandel staan. Het grootste risico voor de organisatie is uitval van medewerkers. Het niet verliezen van menselijk kapitaal door bijvoorbeeld verzuim of verloop is daarom essentieel. Om van maximale en duurzame waarde te zijn voor de organisatie, is het cruciaal dat de medewerkers van Incentro vitaal blijven. A In het huidige project wil Incentro met een vitaliteitsprogramma de focus leggen op de juiste werk/prive balans en het belang van herstel. (Dutch)

Incentro es una empresa de TI moderna que ofrece diversos servicios como el diseño, desarrollo y gestión de sitios web, tienda web y aplicaciones para automatizar las actividades de marketing y regular los flujos de información interna. En Incentro, el hombre es central y por eso tienen la felicidad de sus empleados. El mayor riesgo para la organización es el fracaso de los empleados. Por lo tanto, es esencial que no se pierda capital humano debido, por ejemplo, al absentismo o al volumen de negocios. Para ser de valor máximo y sostenible para la organización, es crucial que los empleados de Incentro sigan siendo vitales.
