    DVN wil een beleid voeren waarin cultuur, gezondheid en arbeidsmarktfitheid ondersteunend zijn aan de medewerkers en DVN. De cultuur die we willen bereiken is er één waarbinnen medewerkers maximaal worden uitgenodigd mee te doen en inbreng te hebben in het bedrijf,. Verder wil DVN medewerkers laten voelen dat zij er toe doen en DVN wil bereiken dat medewerkers gezond de eindstreep kunnen halen. Tenslotte wil DVN ook bereiken dat medewerkers als zij vertrekken qua skills niet alleen aantrekkelijk waren voor DVN maar ook aantrekkelijk zijn voor de arbeidsmarkt. (Dutch)

La cultura que queremos lograr es una cultura en la que se invita a los empleados a participar y a participar en la empresa.
