    De samenvoeging van diverse vestigingen brengt nieuwe uitdagingen voor medewerkers, management en organisatie. Om dit in goede banen te leiden en medewerkers in deze veranderingen gemotiveerd te houden, ondanks dat veranderingen ook onzekerheden met zich meebrengen, betekent dat dit goed en gestructureerd samen met de medewerkers en management aangepakt dient te worden. Het doel van het project is dat er na dit project een team staat welke de nodige veranderingen signaleert en erkent, omarmt en gemotiveerd is om de toekomst in te gaan bij de Van Kuringe Groep, dit om continuïteit te kunnen waarborgen voor medewerkers en de Van Kuringe Groep zelf.
