Virtual Assistant B.V. wil na een lange periode van ontwikkelen en overleven investeren in de toekomst haar medewerkers. Door de rumoerige periode met de nodige ups- en downs in de bedrijfsvoering is de afgelopen jaren prioriteit gegeven aan opleveringen, waardoor het bedrijf vanuit een overlevingsmodus opereerde. Nu het bedrijf de nodige stabiliteit kent is de noodzaak groter dan ooit om aandacht te besteden aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. Hierom laat Virtual Assistent intern een onderzoek uitvoeren onder haar medewerkers met behulp van het bedrijf AIM Timmer De doelstellingen binnen dit traject zijn het realiseren van een duurzame aanpak in werving en selectie van personeel, op basis van ‘de juiste man op de juiste plaats’ en passend in het toekomst perspectief; -Het bestaande personeelsbestand doorlichten, de medewerkers een persoonlijk ontwikkelingstraject aanbieden, gebaseerd op eigen ontwikkeling en afgestemd met de mogelijkheden in de groei van het bedrijf in zijn geheel; -Het in kaart brengen van de mogelijkheden en kansen die het bedrijf nu en de toekomst voor medewerkers gaat bieden en deze functies matchen met de medewerkers met als doel uitval te minimaliseren; - Het in beeld brengen van de collectieve belangen en organisatiedoelstellingen en daarmee een goede lerende onderlinge samenwerking te laten ontstaan; - Ontwikkeling van gezamenlijk werkbare methodiek voor flexibel werken - Het overdragen en verankeren van bovenstaande activiteiten in de organisatie.
