Projekt obejmuje przebudowę pięciu istniejących stacji elektroenergetycznych GPZ 110/15 kV: Pakość, Jasiniec, Mogilno, Przechowo i Kruszwica. Stacje te stanowić będą element sieci dystrybucyjnej na napięciu 110 kV, na której odbywa się transformacja energii elektrycznej na napięcie 15 kV. Projekt jest realizowany w trybie pod klucz.
