L'obiettivo principale del progetto è rafforzare e adattare alle esigenze del mercato del lavoro Podkarpackie le competenze nel campo dei partecipanti e partecipanti inglesi 264 (UP) del voivodato di Podkarpackie di età pari o superiore a 25 anni, tra cui almeno 106 persone poco qualificate (che hanno un'istruzione fino a ISCED 3) partecipando a formazioni confermate dall'esame TELC di livello A o B per almeno il 70 % dell'UP fino al 30.6.2021. Il richiedente del progetto ha assunto i seguenti indicatori di risultato: Numero di oso'b poco qualificati che hanno ottenuto qualifiche o competenze dopo aver lasciato il programma, numero di oso'b di età pari o superiore a 25 anni che hanno ottenuto la qualifica o competenza acquisita dopo aver lasciato il programma, numero di oso'b di età pari o superiore a 50 anni che hanno ottenuto la qualifica o competenza acquisita dopo aver lasciato il programma. Il progetto è rivolto a 264 residenti nei comuni: Łańcut, Leżajsk, ROPCZYCE, Przeworsk, Nisko, Lubaczów e NOWA, che avranno la possibilità di partecipare alle seguenti attività: Compito 1 — Corsi di lingua — Inglese (formazione ospedaliera) e RICHIESTA n. 2 — J. English — Esami certificati. La domanda è conforme alla CRITERIA SPECIFICA DI PREMIUAZIONE n. 1 in quanto il progetto sarà realizzato in tutti i comuni della provincia di Podkarpackie fino a 25 000 residenti nei comuni summenzionati. Celem głównym projektu jest wzmocnienie i dostosowanie do potrzeb podkarpackiego rynku pracy kompetencji w zakresie języka angielskiego 264 uczestników i uczestniczek (UP) z województwa podkarpackiego w wieku 25 lat i więcej, w tym min. 106 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (posiadających wykształcenie do poziomu ISCED 3 włącznie) poprzez udział w szkoleniach potwierdzonych egzaminem TELC na poziomie A lub B przez min. 70% UP do 30.06.2021r. Wnioskodawca w ramach projektu założył realizację następujących wskaźników rezultatu: Liczba oso´b o niskich kwalifikacjach, kto´re uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu, Liczba oso´b w wieku 25 lat i wie˙cej, kto´re uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu, Liczba oso´b w wieku 50 lat i wie˙cej, kto´re uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu. Projekt skierowany jest do 264 mieszkańców gmin: ŁAŃCUT, LEŻAJSK, ROPCZYCE, PRZEWORSK, NISKO, LUBACZÓW oraz NOWA DĘBA, którzy będą mieli możliwość udziału w następujących działaniach: ZADANIE nr 1 - Kursy językowe - j. angielski (szkolenia stacjonarne) oraz ZADANIE nr 2 - J. angielski - egzaminy certyfikowane. Wniosek spełnia KRYTERIA SPECYFICZNE PREMIUJA˙CE nr 1 ponieważ projekt w całos´ci realizowany będzie w miejscowos´ciach do 25 tys´ mieszkan´co´w na terenie wyżej wskazanych gmin woj. podkarpackiego. The main objective of the project is to strengthen and adapt to the needs of the Podkarpackie labour market competences in the English language of 264 participants and participants (UP) from Podkarpackie voivodship aged 25 years and over, including at least 106 low-skilled people (who have an education up to and including ISCED 3) through participation in trainings confirmed by the TELC exam at level A or B by at least 70 % of the UP by 30.06.2021. The application complies with the specific CRITERIAMENT No 1 as the project will be implemented in the villages of up to 25 inhabitants in the aforementioned municipalities of Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Kompetenzen im Bereich Englisch 264 Teilnehmer und Teilnehmer (UP) aus der Woiwodschaft Podkarpackie ab 25 Jahren zu stärken und an die Bedürfnisse des Podkarpackie-Arbeitsmarktes anzupassen, darunter mindestens 106 geringqualifizierte Personen (die eine Ausbildung bis einschließlich ISCED 3) haben, indem sie an Schulungen teilnehmen, die durch TELC-Prüfungen auf A- oder B-Ebene für mindestens 70 % der UP bis zum 30.6.2021 bestätigt wurden. Das Projekt richtet sich an 264 Einwohner von Gemeinden: Łańcut, Leżajsk, ROPCZYCE, Przeworsk, Nisko, Lubaczów und NOWA Eiche, die die Möglichkeit haben, an folgenden Aktivitäten teilzunehmen: Aufgabe 1 – Sprachkurse – Englisch (Patiententraining) und AUSSTELLUNG Nr. 2 – J. Englisch – Zertifizierte Prüfungen. Der Antrag entspricht der SPEZIFISCHEN KRITERIA DER PREMIUATION Nr. 1, da das Projekt in den ganzen Städten der Provinz Podkarpackie mit bis zu 25 000 Einwohnern in den oben genannten Gemeinden durchgeführt wird.
