    Předmětem projektu je výstavba dálnice D3 kategorie D 27,5/120 v úseku 0309/III Borek - Úsilné o celkové délce 3,160 km vedené ve zcela nové trase, včetně dostavby mimoúrovňové křižovatky Úsilné. Realizací stavby dojde především k výraznému snížení dopravní zátěže na stávající silnici I/3 v obci Borek a na ní navazující části města České Budějovice. To povede ke snížení zátěže obyvatelstva hlukem a exhalacemi z automobilové dopravy, zvýšení plynulosti dopravy a snížení počtu dopravních nehod. (Czech)

    The object of the project is the construction of the D3 motorway category D 27,5/120 in the section 0309/III Borek – Úsilné with a total length of 3.160 km conducted on a completely new route, including completion of the off-level junction Úsilné. The implementation of the construction will mainly reduce the traffic burden on the existing road I/3 in the municipality of Borek and the following parts of the town České Budějovice. This will reduce the burden on the population by noise and exhalation from car traffic, increase traffic flow and reduce traffic accidents. (English)

    L’objet du projet est la construction de l’autoroute D3 de catégorie D 27.5/120 dans la section 0309/III Borek — Strong, d’une longueur totale de 3,160 km, conduite sur un itinéraire entièrement nouveau, y compris l’achèvement de la jonction de haut niveau Strong. La mise en œuvre de la construction permettra principalement de réduire considérablement la charge de trafic sur la route existante I/3 dans la municipalité de Borek et ses parties en aval de la ville de České Budějovice. Die Umsetzung des Baus wird vor allem die Verkehrsbelastung auf der bestehenden Straße I/3 in der Gemeinde Borek und ihren nachgelagerten Teilen der Stadt České Budějovice erheblich verringern.
