Cílem projektu je:- založit a provozovat formou sociálního podnikání úspěšnou, společensky odpovědnou restauraci Cook Point CEITEC v Brně v areálu CEITEC VUT, která denně obslouží cca 250 hostů,- vytvořit 8 dlouhodobě udržitelných nových pracovních míst, z nichž 4 budou určeny pro osoby opouštějící zařízení ústavní nebo ochranné výchovy nebo dlouhodobě / opakovaně nezaměstnané,- přispět k rozvoji rychle rostoucí lokality v okolí areálu CEITEC VUT. The aim of the project is to establish and operate in the form of social entrepreneurship a successful, socially responsible restaurant Cook Point CEITEC in Brno on the premises of CEITEC BUT, which serves about 250 guests daily, – create 8 long-term sustainable new jobs, 4 of which will be intended for persons leaving institutional or protective education or long-term/repeated unemployed,- to contribute to the development of a rapidly growing locality in the vicinity of the CEITEC VUT complex. L’objectif du projet est de:- mettre en place et exploiter un restaurant réussi et socialement responsable Cook Point CEITEC à Brno dans les locaux du CEITEC VUT, qui servira environ 250 personnes par jour,- créer 8 nouveaux emplois durables, dont 4 seront destinés aux personnes qui quittent des établissements d’enseignement institutionnel ou de protection ou à des chômeurs de longue durée/répétés,- à contribuer au développement d’un site en croissance rapide dans la région autour de CEITEC VUT.
