Projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj kvalifikace zaměstnanců členských subjektů AOBP ČR. Vzdělávací kurzy byly vybrány s ohledem na perspektivu rozvoje daného zaměstnance, stejně tak potřebu dalšího kvalifikačního rozvoje z pohledu dané firmy. Projekt přinese zaměstnancům mnohá pozitiva v dalším profesním životě. (Czech)

The project is aimed at developing the qualifications of employees of AOBP CR member bodies. The training courses were selected with regard to the prospect of development of the employee, as well as the need for further qualification development from the perspective of the company. The project will bring many positives to employees in other professional life. (English)

Le projet est axé sur le développement des qualifications des employés des entités membres de l’AOBP CR. Les cours de formation ont été sélectionnés en tenant compte de la perspective de perfectionnement des employés, ainsi que de la nécessité d’un perfectionnement professionnel supplémentaire du point de vue de l’entreprise. Le projet apportera de nombreux avantages aux employés dans leur vie professionnelle. (French)

Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung von Qualifikationen von Mitarbeitern der AOBP CR-Mitgliedseinheiten. Die Schulungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung der Entwicklungsperspektive des Mitarbeiters sowie der Notwendigkeit einer weiteren Qualifizierungsentwicklung aus der Unternehmensperspektive ausgewählt. Das Projekt wird den Mitarbeitern in ihrem weiteren Berufsleben viele Vorteile bringen. (German)

Het project is gericht op de ontwikkeling van kwalificaties van medewerkers van de AOBP CR-leden. Bij de selectie van de opleidingen werd rekening gehouden met het ontwikkelingsperspectief van de werknemer en met de behoefte aan verdere kwalificatieontwikkeling vanuit het perspectief van het bedrijf. Het project zal veel voordelen opleveren voor werknemers in hun verdere beroepsleven. (Dutch)
