Проектът за техническа помощ включва осигуряване на финансов ресурс за създаване на модернизирана материално-техническа база, обновяване на компютърното и периферно оборудване, както и възможност за работа от разстояние, при служебни пътувания/извънредни ситуации и др. за служителите от отдел "Проекти" към Главна дирекция "Аварийно-спасителна дейност". Потребностите от ново оборудване и обзавеждане са определени след направен анализ и оценка на съществуващото такова. Le projet d’assistance technique comprend la mise à disposition de ressources financières pour la création d’installations modernisées, le renouvellement des équipements informatiques et périphériques, ainsi que la possibilité de télétravail, de voyages d’affaires/de situations d’urgence, etc. pour les employés du département Projets de la direction générale des opérations d’urgence et de sauvetage. Das Projekt für technische Hilfe umfasst die Bereitstellung von Finanzmitteln für die Einrichtung modernisierter Einrichtungen, die Erneuerung von Computer- und Peripheriegeräten sowie die Möglichkeit von Telearbeit, Geschäftsreisen/Notfallsituationen usw. für die Mitarbeiter der Projektabteilung der Generaldirektion Notfall- und Rettungsmaßnahmen. Der Bedarf an neuen Ausrüstungen und Möbeln wurde nach einer Analyse und Bewertung der bestehenden ermittelt. Die Laufzeit des Projekts soll bis zu drei Monate betragen und der Beginn seiner Durchführung ist der 01.09.2020.
