Al fine di raggiungere l'obiettivo, la nostra proposta è quella di implementare le attività progettuali per utilizzare metodi, pratiche e tecniche innovative, utili nella pianificazione strategica, nel miglioramento dei processi per le aziende supportate e nello sviluppo delle competenze necessarie nell'attività decisionale dei manager (360 manager e 48 imprenditori) e sviluppando competenze specifiche nella gestione delle risorse umane (100 dipendenti nel reparto Risorse umane), in modo da contribuire allo sviluppo del potenziale competitivo delle imprese in cui operano.     Cresterea numarului de angajati (manageri, angajati in compatimentul resurse umane) si antreprenori care beneficiaza de imbunatatirea competentelor si beneficiaza de instrumente, metode si practici in domeniul managementului stategic in vederea adaptarii activitatii companiilor de care apartin la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potentia competitiv conform SNC si SNCDI. In vederea atingerii obiectivului, propunerea noastra este ca prin implementarea activitatilor proiectului sa folosim metode, practici si tehnici inovative, utile in planificarea strategica, in imbunatatirea proceselor pentru societatile sprijinite si prin dezvoltarea competentelor necesare in activitatea decizionala a managerilor ( 360 de manageri si 48 de antreprenori) si prin dezvoltarea competentelor specifice in domeniul gestionarii resurselor umane (100 de angajati in departamentul resurselor umane), astfel incat sa contribuie la dezvoltarea potentialul competitiv al intreprinderilor in care activeaza. Prezentul proiect contribuie la atingerea obiectivului general al POCU “Dezvoltarea resurselor umane”, prin activitatile ce vizeaza dezvoltarea/ imbunatatirea unei palete largi de competente (Managementul productiei, Managementul calitatii, Managementul Mentenantei, etc) coroborate cu cele specifice (Managementul resurselor umane/elemente de coaching Industry 4.0, Schimbarea competentelor angajatilor in contextual noii revolutii Industry 4.0) pentru un grup tinta de minimum 300 de angajați (508 angajati si/sau antreprenori) cu contract individual de muncă, care ocupa pozitii in echipa de management sau in departamentele de resurse umane ale intreprinderilor si antreprenori care isi gestioneaza propriile afaceri si isi desfasoara activitatea in regiunile SUD EST, SUD MUNTENIA, SUD VEST OLTENIA SI VEST dar si in contextul transformarii competentelor manageriale datorita noii revolutii Industry 4.0 Prin proiect se creaza oportunitati crescute celor care reprezinta factori de decizie in cadrul firmelor care își desfășoară activitatea în sectoarele economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC şi din domeniile de specializare inteligentă conform SNCDI de a-si dezvolta capacitatea decizionala si de planificare strategica pentru a genera pe termen lung noi locuri de munca durabile, fapt ce va contribui la cresterea competitivitatii in regiunile mai putin dezvoltate din Romania si la dezvoltarea inteligenta a unui mediu economic durabil, datorita asistentei si activitatilor de sprijin derulate in cadrul proiectului. Scopul final al proiectului este ca prin educatie formala sau informala dar recunoscuta de angajatori, bazata pe inovare si transfer de competente, sa creasca abilitatea factorilor decizionali de a planifica strategic resursele materiale si umane de care dispune o intreprindere, fapt ce va contribui la atingerea obiectivului tematic 8-Axa prioritara 3-POCU.     Erhöhung der Zahl der Beschäftigten (Manager, Mitarbeiter im Personalbereich) und Unternehmer, die von der Verbesserung der Kompetenzen profitieren und von Instrumenten, Methoden und Praktiken im Bereich der Staatsführung profitieren, um die Tätigkeit der Unternehmen, die der Dynamik der Wirtschaftssektoren mit Wettbewerbspotenzial gemäß SNC und SNCDI angehören, anzupassen. Um das Ziel zu erreichen, ist unser Vorschlag, dass durch die Umsetzung der Projektaktivitäten innovative Methoden, Verfahren und Techniken, die für die strategische Planung nützlich sind, zur Verbesserung der Prozesse für unterstützte Unternehmen und durch die Entwicklung der notwendigen Kompetenzen in der Entscheidungstätigkeit von Führungskräften (360 Manager und 48 Unternehmer) und durch die Entwicklung spezifischer Kompetenzen im Personalmanagement (100 Mitarbeiter in der Personalabteilung) entwickelt werden, um zur Entwicklung des Wettbewerbspotenzials der Unternehmen, in denen sie tätig sind, beizutragen.     Verhoging van het aantal werknemers (managers, werknemers in human resources) en ondernemers die profiteren van de verbetering van vaardigheden en profiteren van instrumenten, methoden en praktijken op het gebied van overheidsbeheer, teneinde de activiteiten van de bedrijven die behoren tot de dynamiek van economische sectoren met concurrentiepotentieel volgens SNC en SNCDI aan te passen.
