Målet är att skapa långsiktig tillväxt och främja sysselsättning bland företag i Västerbotten genom riktade insatser i form av regionala företagsstöd till enskilda företag och företag i samverkan. Insatserna består av att medfinansiera investeringsprojekt i materiella och immateriella investeringar såsom produktutveckling, byggnader och anläggningar, maskiner och inventarier, lönekostnader för nyanställningar, konsulttjänster samt patent- och licensrättigheter (Swedish)
