Obiectivul general al proiectului este sprijinirea, pe o perioada de 36 de luni, a 126 de copii si tineri cu varsta cuprinsa intre 16 si 25 de ani care urmeaza sa paraseasca sistemul institutionalizat de protectie a copilului si/ sau care au parasit sistemul institutionalizat de protectie a copilului, din Regiunea Centru, prin furnizarea masurilor integrate de: servicii sociale, socio-medicale si de consilere psihologica; servicii de formare profesionala; servicii de consiliere si orientare pe piata muncii; servicii de locuire tip „Prima camera” si organizarea unor Ateliere Inovative pentru o viata activa. Prin obiectivul general al proiectului, Beneficiarul urmareste dezvoltarea unei abordari integrate de masuri de sprijin pentru un numar de 126 persoane vulnerabile (copii si tineri cu varsta cuprinsa intre 16 si 25 de ani care urmeaza sa paraseasca sistemul institutionalizat de protectie a copilului si/ sau care au parasit sistemul institutionalizat de protectie a copilului, din Regiunea Centru), in scopul depasirii situatiei de vulnerabilitate ca urmare a sprijinului primit prin proiect prin: furnizarea masurilor integrate de: servicii sociale, socio-medicale si de consilere psihologica; servicii de formare profesionala; servicii de consiliere si orientare pe piata muncii; servicii de locuire tip „Prima camera” si organizarea unor Ateliere Inovative pentru o viata activa, ateliere care vor atinge si teme precum nediscriminarea si inovarea sociala. In acest sens, proiectul propune implementarea unui pachet integrat de masuri de sprijin cu impact asupra persoanelor cu varsta peste intre 16 si 25 de ani care provin din sistemul institutionalizat de protectie sau au parasit sistemul institutionalizat de protectie in ultimii 4 ani. Vom dezvolta programe de sprijin, caracterizate prin servicii functionale, in Regiunea Centru a tarii (care e formata din judetele Alba, Sibiu, Mures, Brasov, Harghita, Covasna), oferite la nivelul grupului vulnerabil amintit, din care: servicii sociale, socio-medicale si consiliere psihologica (care cuprind pachete lunare pentru servicii medicale si de consiliere psihologica pentru 126 persoane, care vor fi acordate in functie de necesitatile identificate ale grupului tinta (copii si tineri proveniti din sistemul institutionalizat de protectie a copilului sau care au parasit acest sistem in urma cu maxim 4 ani); servicii de informare asupra beneficiilor oferite prin proiectul „T.I.M.E. Centru – Tineri Integrati prin Masuri Europene in Regiunea Centru ”; servicii de formare profesionala si de consiliere si orientare pentru integrare facila pe piata muncii, cu scopul cresterii gradului de ocupare si a imbunatatirii vietii persoanelor din grupul tinta; servicii de locuire de tip „Prima camera” (prin plata chiriei timp de 24 de luni pentru 30 de tineri proveniti din sistemul institutionalizat care sunt in pericol de a ramane pe strazi si care au nevoie de conditii decente de locuire); organizarea unor Ateliere Ino (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to support, over a period of 36 months, 126 children and young people aged between 16 and 25 years who will leave the institutionalised child protection system and/or who have left the institutionalised child protection system, from the Centre Region, by providing integrated measures of: social, socio-medical and psychological counselling services; professional training services; counselling and guidance services on the labour market; housing services type “First room” and organisation of innovative workshops for an active life. Through the general objective of the project, the Beneficiary aims to develop an integrated approach of support measures for 126 vulnerable persons (children and young people aged between 16 and 25 who will leave the institutionalised child protection system and/or who have left the institutionalised child protection system from the Centre Region), in order to overcome the vulnerability situation as a result of the support received through the project by: provision of integrated measures of: social, socio-medical and psychological counselling services; professional training services; counselling and guidance services on the labour market; housing services “First Room” and the organisation of Innovative Workshops for an active life, workshops that will also touch upon topics such as non-discrimination and social innovation. In this respect, the project proposes to implement an integrated package of support measures with impact on people aged 16-25 who come from the institutionalised protection system or have left the institutionalised protection system in the last 4 years. We will develop support programs, characterised by functional services, in the Central Region of the country (which consists of Alba, Sibiu, Mures, Brasov, Harghita, Covasna counties), offered at the level of the said vulnerable group, from which: social, socio-medical and psychological counseling services (which include monthly packages for medical services and psychological counseling for 126 persons, which will be provided according to the identified needs of the target group (children and young people coming from the institutionalised child protection system or who left this system within 4 years); information services on the benefits offered by the project “T.I.M.E. Center – Youth Integrated through European Measures in the Center Region”; professional training and counselling and guidance services for easy integration on the labour market, with the aim of increasing the employment rate and improving the lives of the people in the target group; housing services of the “First Room” type (by paying the rent for 24 months for 30 young people coming from the institutionalised system who are in danger of staying on the streets and who need decent housing conditions); organisation of Ino Workshops (English)

L’objectif général du projet est de soutenir, sur une période de 36 mois, 126 enfants et jeunes âgés de 16 à 25 ans qui quitteront le système de protection de l’enfance institutionnalisé et/ou qui ont quitté le système institutionnalisé de protection de l’enfance, de la région du Centre, en fournissant des mesures intégrées de: services de conseil social, sociomédical et psychologique; services de formation professionnelle; services de conseil et d’orientation sur le marché du travail; services de logement type «Première chambre» et organisation d’ateliers innovants pour une vie active. À travers l’objectif général du projet, le bénéficiaire vise à développer une approche intégrée des mesures de soutien en faveur de 126 personnes vulnérables (enfants et jeunes âgés de 16 à 25 ans qui quitteront le système de protection de l’enfance institutionnalisé et/ou qui ont quitté le système institutionnalisé de protection de l’enfance de la Région du Centre), afin de surmonter la situation de vulnérabilité résultant du soutien reçu dans le cadre du projet par: mise en place de mesures intégrées de: services de conseil social, sociomédical et psychologique; services de formation professionnelle; services de conseil et d’orientation sur le marché du travail; services de logement «Première salle» et l’organisation d’ateliers innovants pour une vie active, ateliers qui aborderont également des sujets tels que la non-discrimination et l’innovation sociale. À cet égard, le projet propose de mettre en œuvre un ensemble intégré de mesures de soutien ayant un impact sur les personnes âgées de 16 à 25 ans qui proviennent du système de protection institutionnalisé ou qui ont quitté le système de protection institutionnalisé au cours des quatre dernières années. Nous développerons des programmes de soutien, caractérisés par des services fonctionnels, dans la région centrale du pays (qui comprend Alba, Sibiu, Mures, Brasov, Harghita, Covasna), offerts au niveau du groupe vulnérable, à partir duquel: les services de conseil social, sociomédical et psychologique (qui comprennent des forfaits mensuels pour les services médicaux et des conseils psychologiques pour 126 personnes, qui seront fournis en fonction des besoins identifiés du groupe cible (enfants et jeunes issus du système de protection de l’enfance institutionnalisé ou qui ont quitté ce système dans un délai de quatre ans); services d’information sur les avantages offerts par le projet «Centre T.I.M.E. — Jeunes intégrés par des mesures européennes dans la région du Centre»; des services de formation professionnelle, de conseil et d’orientation pour faciliter l’intégration sur le marché du travail, dans le but d’augmenter le taux d’emploi et d’améliorer la vie des personnes appartenant au groupe cible; services de logement de type «Première chambre» (en payant le loyer pour 24 mois pour 30 jeunes issus du système institutionnalisé qui risquent de rester dans la rue et qui ont besoin de conditions de logement décentes); organisation d’ateliers d’Ino (French)

Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist es, über einen Zeitraum von 36 Monaten 126 Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter zwischen 16 und 25 Jahren zu unterstützen, die das institutionalisierte Kinderschutzsystem verlassen und/oder das institutionalisierte Kinderschutzsystem aus der Region des Zentrums verlassen haben, indem integrierte Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, die Folgendes umfassen: soziale, sozialmedizinische und psychologische Beratungsdienste; Dienstleistungen der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung; Beratungs- und Beratungsdienste auf dem Arbeitsmarkt; Wohnungsdienstleistungen Typ „Erster Raum“ und Organisation innovativer Workshops für ein aktives Leben. Im Rahmen des allgemeinen Ziels des Projekts zielt der Empfänger darauf ab, einen integrierten Ansatz für Unterstützungsmaßnahmen für 126 schutzbedürftige Personen (Kinder und Jugendliche zwischen 16 und 25 Jahren, die das institutionalisierte Kinderschutzsystem verlassen und/oder das institutionalisierte Kinderschutzsystem aus der Zentrumsregion verlassen haben), zu entwickeln, um die Verletzlichkeitssituation infolge der durch das Projekt erhaltenen Unterstützung zu überwinden durch: Bereitstellung integrierter Maßnahmen von: soziale, sozialmedizinische und psychologische Beratungsdienste; Dienstleistungen der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung; Beratungs- und Beratungsdienste auf dem Arbeitsmarkt; Wohnungsbaudienstleistungen „Erster Raum“ und die Organisation innovativer Workshops für ein aktives Leben, Workshops, in denen auch Themen wie Nichtdiskriminierung und soziale Innovation behandelt werden. In diesem Zusammenhang schlägt das Projekt vor, ein integriertes Paket von Unterstützungsmaßnahmen mit Auswirkungen auf Personen im Alter von 16 bis 25 Jahren umzusetzen, die aus dem institutionalisierten Schutzsystem stammen oder das institutionalisierte Schutzsystem in den letzten vier Jahren verlassen haben. Wir werden Unterstützungsprogramme entwickeln, die durch funktionale Dienste gekennzeichnet sind, in der Zentralregion des Landes (die aus Alba, Sibiu, Mures, Brasov, Harghita, Covasna Countys) angeboten wird, die auf der Ebene der genannten gefährdeten Gruppe angeboten werden, aus denen: soziale, sozialmedizinische und psychologische Beratungsdienste (einschließlich monatlicher Pakete für medizinische Dienste und psychologische Beratung für 126 Personen, die entsprechend den ermittelten Bedürfnissen der Zielgruppe erbracht werden (Kinder und Jugendliche aus dem institutionalisierten Kinderschutzsystem oder die dieses System innerhalb von vier Jahren verlassen); Informationsdienste zu den Vorteilen des Projekts „T.I.M.E. De algemene doelstelling van het project is om gedurende een periode van 36 maanden 126 kinderen en jongeren tussen 16 en 25 jaar die het geïnstitutionaliseerde systeem voor kinderbescherming zullen verlaten en/of het geïnstitutionaliseerde systeem voor kinderbescherming hebben verlaten, uit de regio Centrum te ondersteunen door middel van geïntegreerde maatregelen van: sociale, sociaal-medische en psychologische adviesdiensten; diensten op het gebied van beroepsopleiding; advies- en begeleidingsdiensten op de arbeidsmarkt; huisvestingsdiensten type „Eerste kamer” en organisatie van innovatieve workshops voor een actief leven. Via de algemene doelstelling van het project beoogt de begunstigde een geïntegreerde aanpak te ontwikkelen van steunmaatregelen ten behoeve van 126 kwetsbare personen (kinderen en jongeren tussen 16 en 25 jaar die het geïnstitutionaliseerde kinderbeschermingssysteem zullen verlaten en/of het geïnstitutionaliseerde systeem voor kinderbescherming hebben verlaten uit de regio van het centrum), om de kwetsbaarheidssituatie als gevolg van de via het project ontvangen steun te verhelpen door: verstrekking van geïntegreerde maatregelen van: sociale, sociaal-medische en psychologische adviesdiensten; diensten op het gebied van beroepsopleiding; advies- en begeleidingsdiensten op de arbeidsmarkt; huisvestingsdiensten „First Room” en de organisatie van innovatieve workshops voor een actief leven, workshops die ook betrekking hebben op onderwerpen als non-discriminatie en sociale innovatie. In dit verband wordt in het project voorgesteld een geïntegreerd pakket van steunmaatregelen ten uitvoer te leggen met gevolgen voor mensen van 16 tot 25 jaar die afkomstig zijn van het geïnstitutionaliseerde beschermingssysteem of het geïnstitutionaliseerde beschermingssysteem de afgelopen vier jaar hebben verlaten. We zullen ondersteuningsprogramma’s ontwikkelen, gekenmerkt door functionele diensten, in de centrale regio van het land (die bestaat uit Alba, Sibiu, Mures, Brasov, Harghita, Covasna County’s), aangeboden op het niveau van de genoemde kwetsbare groep, van waaruit: sociale, sociaal-medische en psychologische begeleiding (met inbegrip van maandelijkse pakketten voor medische diensten en psychologische begeleiding voor 126 personen, die zullen worden verstrekt op basis van de vastgestelde behoeften van de doelgroep (kinderen en jongeren die afkomstig zijn uit het geïnstitutionaliseerde systeem voor kinderbescherming of die dit systeem binnen 4 jaar hebben verlaten); informatiediensten over de voordelen van het project „T.I.M.E.
