A Lei n.º 78/2017 cria o sistema de informação cadastral simplificada. Este sistema é aplicável, como projeto-piloto aos municípios afetados pelos incêndios florestais, no qual se inclui o Município de Proença-a-Nova. Com a publicação da Portaria n.º 142/2019, de 14 de maio, foram abrangidas várias áreas de intervenção, nomeadamente o planeamento do território e elaboração e recolha de informação geográfica e cadastral, nos termos da Lei n.º 78 (Portuguese)

This system applies as a pilot project to the municipalities affected by forest fires, including the municipality of Proença-a-Nova. With the publication of Ordinance No. 142/2019 of 14 May, several areas of intervention were covered, namely the planning of the territory and the elaboration and collection of geographical and cadastral information, pursuant to Law No. 78 (English)

Ce système s’applique à titre de projet pilote aux municipalités touchées par les incendies de forêt, y compris la municipalité de Proença-a-Nova. Avec la publication de l’arrêté ministériel d’exécution no 142/2019 du 14 mai 2019, plusieurs domaines d’intervention ont été couverts, à savoir la planification du territoire ainsi que la préparation et la collecte d’informations géographiques et cadastrales, conformément à la loi no 78.
