Projekt řeší sociální bydlení pro osoby v bytové nouzi ve městě Újezd u Brna. Stávající ubytování je nekapacitní. Podstatou projektu je rekonstrukce podroví objektu č.p. 1050 na ul. Štefánikova, pro vestavbu pěti sociálních bytů. Projekt je pro cílovou skupinu velmi přínosný.
