Description: The design and construction of rainwater drainage from storm water into the river are no 32. The storm water collection network will be carried out on the premises of road parcels No 146, 144, 136, 116, 112, 110, 35, at the roadside and/or the road and by municipal parcel No 33/5 and will be transferred to the river on the river. 32 in Mlisbórz. The project is intended to be implemented in the “Design and Explosion” system. Task 3. Construction of section No 2 of the storm water sewage system in Myślisborzu — consisting of: OJ No 72, 145, 101, 102/1, 102/2, 81/1, 81/4, 746, 748,745,760/15. Description: Design and construction of rainwater drainage with drainage ditches on plot No 101. The storm water collection network will be carried out in road parcels No 81/1, 81/4, 72, 746, 745, 747, 748, 760/15, 145, 102/1 and 102/2. 101 in the town of Myślibórz. The project is planned to be carried out in a ‘projection and demolition’ system. For each of the sections, the following steps are planned: (a) drawing up a comprehensive project documentation based on the enclosed concept of the storm water system b) the sanitary sector — rainwater drainage, c) the road sector — restoring the pavement, renovation of the road pass, etc. d) obtaining a construction permit, (d) building a storm water sewerage on the basis of documentation prepared and permits (f) obtaining collection for the use of storm water drainage from 11.01.2016 to 31.12.2016. Projekt obejmuje następujące zadania i wydatki: Zadanie nr 1: Prace przygotowawcze - obejmujące: opracowanie Studium wykonalności oraz Programu Funkcjonalno-Użytkowego. Zadanie nr 2. Budowa odcinka nr 1 kanalizacji deszczowej w Myśliborzu – obejmująca roboty ziemne i sieć kanalizacyjną na terenie: dz. nr : 32, 33/5, 35, 110, 112, 116, 136, 144, 146 obręb Myślibórz 2. Opis: Zaprojektowanie i wykonanie kanalizacji deszczowej odprowadzenia wód opadowych do rzeki Myśla dz. nr 32. Sieć kanalizacji deszczowej prowadzona będzie na terenie działek drogowych nr 146, 144, 136, 116, 112, 110, 35, poboczem lub jezdnią i przez działkę gminną nr 33/5 z odprowadzeniem do rzeki Myśla dz. 32 w miejscowości Myślibórz. Projekt przewidziany jest do realizacji w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Zadanie nr 3. Budowa odcinka nr 2 kanalizacji deszczowej w Myśliborzu – obejmująca : dz. nr 72, 145, 101, 102/1, 102/2, 81/1, 81/4, 746, 748,745,760/15 obręb 3 Myślibórz. Opis: Zaprojektowanie i wykonanie kanalizacji deszczowej odprowadzenia wód opadowych do rowu melioracyjnego na działce nr 101. Sieć kanalizacji deszczowej prowadzona będzie na terenie działek drogowych nr 81/1, 81/4, 72, 746, 745, 747, 748, 760/15, 145, 102/1, 102/2 z odprowadzeniem do rowu dz. 101 w Miejscowości Myślibórz. Projekt planowany jest do realizacji w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Dla każdego z odcinków planowane są następujące etapy: a) sporządzenie kompleksowej dokumentacji projektowej na podstawie załączonej koncepcji przebiegu trasy kanalizacji deszczowej b) branża sanitarna – kanalizacja deszczowa, c) branża drogowa – odtworzenia nawierzchni, remont przepustu drogowego itp. d) uzyskanie pozwolenia na budowę e) wybudowanie kanalizacji deszczowej na podstawie sporządzonej dokumentacji i uzyskanych pozwoleniach f) uzyskanie odbioru do użytkowania kanalizacji deszczowej Realizacja projektu będzie od 11.01.2016 r. do 31.12.2016 r.
