The purpose of the investment project is to modernise the COS LZS site in order to prepare a social infrastructure for deployment of a CIS which aims at the social and professional reintegration of persons at risk of social exclusion by taking action systemic therapeutic, psycho-social and activation measures. The site is located on plot 140/2 3 ha in Miko Street at ulica Mickiewicza. The investment shall consist of the following tasks: 1. Internal works; 2. External works; 3. The sanitary sector; 4. Electricity; 5. The purchase of equipment; 6. Land use in the renovated building; 7. Project management costs; 8. Indirect costs. The implementation of the project will be supervised by the Director of the Centre and a project coordinator appointed for this purpose, who will be responsible for checking the correctness and timeliness of contracts, keeping records and preparing payment requests. Purchases will be carried out in accordance with the Principles for the award of contracts in projects carried out by entities which are not obliged to apply the Law of the WZ 2014-2020, in a transparent, rational, efficient and cost-effective manner, while respecting the principles for obtaining the best performance data. management of the project will allow the efficient and timely execution of the planned construction works and the purchase of equipment. Phases of the project: 1 stage — first quarter/second quarter of construction work, 2 step — second quarter — purchase of equipment. The project is planned to be completed on 30.06.2017. the construction of the Centre for Social Integration is planned for 01.09.2017. during the period July-August, the applicant will request the status of CIS to the Governor of the West Pomeranian Region. Przedmiotem projektu inwestycyjnego jest modernizacja obiektu COS LZS celem przygotowania infrastruktury społecznej pod uruchomienie CIS, którego celem jest reintegracja społeczna i zawodowa osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym przez podjęcie działań systemowych działań terapeutycznych, psychol. i aktywizacji zawodowej. Obiekt zlokalizowany jest w Mielnie przy ulicy Mickiewicza 3 na działce 140/2 o powierzchni 0,4288 ha. Inwestycja polega na realizacji następujących zadań: 1. Roboty wewnętrzne obiektu; 2. Roboty zewnętrzne obiektu; 3 . Branża sanitarna; 4. Branża elektryczna; 5. Zakup wyposażenia obiektu; 6. Zagospodarowanie terenu przy modernizowanym budynku; 7. Koszty zarządzania projektem; 8. Koszty pośrednie. Realizacja projektu będzie nadzorowana przez Dyrektora Ośrodka oraz powołanego w tym celu koordynatora projektu, który będzie odpowiedzialny za kontrolę prawidłowości i terminowości zamówień, prowadzenie dokumentacji oraz przygotowywanie wniosków o płatność. Zakupy będą realizowane zgodnie z Zasadami w zakresie udzielania zamówień w projektach realizowanych przez podmioty niezobowiązane do stosowania ustawy PZP w ramach RPO WZ 2014 – 2020, w sposób przejrzysty, racjonalny, efektywny i oszczędny, z zachowaniem zasad uzyskiwania najlepszych efektów z danych nakładów.Zarządzanie projektem pozwoli na sprawną i terminową realizację planowanych prac budowlanych i zakupów wyposażenia. Etapy projektu: 1 etap - I kwartał/II kwartałprzeprowadzenie prac budowlanych,2 etap - II kwartał - zakup wyposażenia. Zaplanowano zakończenie realizacji projektu na dzień 30.06.2017 r. Uruchomienie Centrum Integracji Społecznej, zaplanowano na dzień 01.09.2017 r. W okresie lipiec-sierpień Wnioskodawca wystąpi o nadanie statusu CIS do Wojewody Zachodniopomorskiego.
