The main objective of the project is ‘The reference to the level of key competences and the relevant attitudes and skills needed in the labour market by 500U (250Dz/250Chł) and their 50nth (45K/5M) from the Primary School No. 51. Professor S. Helstick in Szczecin, in the period 01.09.2019-31.08.2021.’ The above objective is the result of a diagnosed need. The projects planned under the project are planned on the basis of an individual school diagnosis. The diagnosis was approved by the investigating authority — DOP No 6.4. The objective of the project is coherent and will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of ROP WZ 2014-2020-covered DOP No 1. The target group (GD) is the teachers and students of SP 51 in Szczecin. The project shall be supported in a comprehensive manner by the organisation of the following activities: * teaching and equalisation key * developing key competences * which shape the right attitudes/skills of the market in pr — careers advice to the classes of vii-viii (200 persons) * specialist, individual with a student with special needs * in terms of digital literacy and the improvement of the teaching condition by providing specialist staff. For n-i support for development courses: * specialised, tailored to teach people about special needs in development and the EDU, inter alia Special pedagogy specific training course for digital literacy (programming, coding, robotics), * key teaching courses (m.in.efficiency shapes). Support for pupils is linked to support for n-li. They are coherent with the raising of the skills of the n-li, students will gain more valuable/varied activities, and an approach to the student will be made both in terms of knowledge and attitudes.     Celem głównym projektu jest "Podniesienie poziomu kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętnościniezbędnych na rynku pracy przez 500U (250Dz /250Chł) i ich 50n-li (45K/5M) ze Szkoły Podstawowej nr 51 im. prof. S. Helsztyńskiego w Szczecinie, w okresie 01.09.2019-31.08.2021". Wyżej wskazany cel wynika ze zdiagnozowanej potrzeby. Realizacja przedsięwzięć planowanych w ramach projektu zaplanowana została na podstawie indywidualnej diagnozy szkoły. Diagnoza została zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący - KRYT DOP nr 6.4. Cel projektu jest spójny i przyczyni się do osiągnięcia realizacji celu szczegółowego RPO WZ 2014-2020- KRYT DOP nr 1. Grupę docelową (GD) stanowią nauczyciele i uczniowie SP nr 51 w Szczecinie. Wsparcie w projekcie ma charakter kompleksowy i zakłada dla uczniów organizację zajęć: *dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych z zakresu kompetencji klucz *rozwijających z zakresu kompetencji klucz *kształtujących właściwe postawy/umiejętności na ryn pr – doradztwo zawodowe dla klas VII-VIII(200osób) * specjalist,indywidual z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach *z zakresu kształtow kompetencji cyfrowych oraz poprawę warunków dydaktycz poprzez doposaż pracowni specjalist. Dla n-li wsparcie w ramach kursów rozwojowych: * specjalist, nastawionych na indywidualiz pracy z uczn o specjaln potrzebach rozwoj i edu, m.in. Kurs kwalifikacyjny z zakresu pedagogiki specjalnej *zajęć z zakresu kształtowania kompet cyfrow ( programowanie, kodowanie,robotyka), *zajęć z zakresu kształtowania kompet klucz (m.in.efektywność kształc). Wsparcie dla uczniów jest powiązane ze wsparciem dla n-li. Są one spójne dzięki podniesieniu kompetencji n-li, uczn zyskają bardziej wartościowe/urozmaicone zajęcia, a podejście do uczn będzie kompleks, zarówno z poziomu wiedzy i postawy Wsparcie realizowane z uwzględn indywidual potrzeb rozwoj i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów.
