The main aim of the project is to increase the quality of education of 2 schools in Darłowo City and to cover 278 students (159K, 119M) in key competences and/or to bridge the educational gap for students with educational challenges, from 01.09.2017 to 30.06.2019. the project is aimed at 278K (159K, 119M) of 30 teachers (25K5M) and the parents/legal guardians of children with special needs. In the framework of the project, training courses will be organised — compensating and developing talents, vocational guidance for students and specialised courses for students with special needs. In addition, retrofitting will be carried out, the creation of an ICT workshop, while teachers will be trained to increase their skills and competences in the field of ICT, the method of experimentation and the scope of special pedagogy. The actions planned and carried out in the framework of the project stem directly from the needs diagnosis carried out in schools, both for pupils, teachers and the teaching base held. Main results of the project: the acquisition of key competences for 237 ears (136 K, 101 M), the acquisition by 30 (25M) of teachers of additional competences or qualifications, the retrofitting of the 2 schools in question and the use of equipment purchased by them to carry out educational activities. Support will be provided on the basis of the current, individual assessment of the needs of the schools, the diagnosis of the level of key competences necessary for the labour market, the right attitudes/skills in pupils as well as the needs of students and students for this type of activity, the diagnosis of teachers’ degree to use methods and organisational forms for developing and developing the key competences necessary for the labour market, the right attitudes/skills, the needs of teachers of this type.     Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie jakości kształcenia 2 szkół na terenie Miasta Darłowo i objęcie wsparciem 278 uczniów (159K,119M) w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych i/lub wyrównania dysproporcji edukacyjnych dla ucz. mających trudności w spełnieniu wymagać edukacyjnych, w okresie od 01.09.2017 do 30.06.2019 r. Projekt skierowany jest do 278 ucz (159K,119M) 30 nauczycieli (25K5M) oraz rodziców/opiekunów prawnych dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. W ramach projektu zorganizowane zostaną zajęcia dydaktyczno – wyrównawcze oraz rozwijające uzdolnienia, poradnictwo zawodowe dla uczniów i zajęcia specjalistyczne dla uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Ponadto doposażone zostaną pracowanie przedmiotowe, powstanie pracownia międzyszkolna TIK, natomiast nauczyciele wezmą udział w szkoleniach podnoszących ich umiejętności i kompetencje w zakresie TIK, pracy metoda eksperymentu oraz z zakresu pedagogiki specjalnej. Działania zaplanowane i realizowane w ramach projektu wynikają wprost z przeprowadzonej w szkołach diagnozy potrzeb – odnoszących się zarówno do uczniów, nauczycieli jak i posiadanej bazy dydaktycznej. Główne rezultaty projektu: nabycie przez 237 ucz (136 K, 101M) kompetencji kluczowych, uzyskanie przez 30 (25K,5M) nauczycieli dodatkowych kompetencji bądź kwalifikacji, doposażenie pracowni przedmiotowych 2 szkół i wykorzystywanie przez nie zakupionego doposażenia do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych. Wsparcie będzie realizowane w oparciu o aktualną, indywidualną diagnozę zapotrzebowania szkół, diagnozę poziomu kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, właściwych postaw/umiejętności u uczniów a także zapotrzebowania uczniów i słuchaczy na tego typu działania, diagnozę stopnia przygotowania nauczycieli do stosowania metod i form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, właściwych postaw/umiejętności, zapotrzebowania nauczycieli na tego typ (Polish)
