The project will implement activities that will contribute to and complement the knowledge and skills and professional qualifications of school pupils and educational establishments providing vocational training through: traineeships with employers, training courses and courses for the extension of activities to prepare students’ professional qualifications, careers advice. The project will procure the provision of equipment and equipment for school staff and workshops with modern educational equipment and materials to enable education to be carried out in professions in conditions similar to those of a genuine working environment. As part of the comprehensive support for vocational education, the project is designed to improve the skills of professional teachers. project implementation responds to the expectations of entrepreneurs in the Wielkopolska region in terms of the professional skills of future employees. The project is aligned with the needs of regional and local industry which are consistent with Regional Smart Specialities in accordance with the Regional Innovation Strategy for Wielkopolskie for 2015-2020.Support to the project will cover: 1 teacher/teacher and 630 students from three schools: ZST in Turku, ZSR CKP in the Medium and ZST in Kole. These schools constitute the most important basis for the provision of technical personnel to the industry of the functional area of Turkey and of the police. The project’s activities aim to link vocational training to the labour market, focusing on skills rather than the messages themselves, and the region’s economies will benefit from a better set of staff. The activities planned in the project constitute an extension of school curricula. The evolution of the labour market requires an adaptation of the offer of schools to the requirements of the developing economy. The project is scheduled to take place between December 2016 and December 2019. (English)

    W ramach projektu realizowane będą działania, które przyczynią się do uzyskiwania i uzupełniania wiedzy i umiejętności oraz kwalifikacji zawodowych uczniów szkół i placówek systemu oświaty prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe poprzez: staże zawodowe organizowane u pracodawców, szkolenia i kursy służące rozszerzeniu działań mających na celu przygotowanie do uzyskania kwalifikacji zawodowych uczniów, doradztwo zawodowe. W ramach projektu zakupione zostanie doposażenie i wyposażenie pracowni i warsztatów szkolnych w nowoczesny sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne umożliwiające realizację kształcenia w zawodach w warunkach zbliżonych do rzeczywistego środowiska pracy zawodowej. W ramach kompleksowego wsparcia szkolnictwa zawodowego, zaplanowano w ramach projektu doskonalenie kompetencji nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego.Realizacja projektu odpowiada na oczekiwania przedsiębiorców na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego w zakresie umiejętności zawodowych przyszłych pracowników. Projekt skorelowany jest z potrzebami regionalnego i lokalnego przemysłu, które są spójne z Regionalnymi Inteligentnymi Specjalizacjami zgodnie z zapisami Regionalnej Strategii Innowacji dla Wielkopolski na lata 2015 - 2020.Wsparciem w ramach projektu zostanie objętych: 1 nauczyciel/nauczycielka oraz 630 uczniów/uczennic z trzech szkół: ZST w Turku, ZSR CKP w Kaczkach Średnich oraz ZST w Kole. Szkoły te stanowią najistotniejszą bazę zabezpieczenia personelu technicznego dla przemysłu obszaru funkcjonalnego powiatów tureckiego i kolskiego. Działania projektu mają powiązać kształcenie zawodowe z rynkiem pracy, kładąc nacisk na umiejętności, a nie na same wiadomości, przez co gospodarka regionu zyska lepiej przygotowaną kadrę. Działania zaplanowane w projekcie stanowią rozszerzenie szkolnych programów nauczania. Zmiany zachodzące na rynku pracy wymagają dostosowania oferty szkół do wymagań rozwijającej się gospodarki.
