Analizowane przedsięwzięcia pn.: „Modernizacja systemu oświetlenia ulicznego na terenie Gminy Miasto Stargard” obejmuje swoim zakresem: 1. wymianę zegarów astronomicznych - Zegar astronomiczny służy do załączania i wyłączania oświetlenia ulicznego zgodnie z dobowymi, astronomicznymi punktami wschodu i zachodu słońca, posiada możliwość skrócenia czasu świecenia, co pozwala na osiągnięcie znacznych oszczędności w zużyciu energii elektrycznej. Wymianie podlegać będzie łącznie 90 zegarów zainstalowanych w szafkach oświetleniowych zasilających obwody oświetlenia ulic, stanowiących własność Gminy - Miasto Stargard. 2. wymianę opraw oświetleniowych - Wymianie podlegać będzie 130 szt. opraw sodowych starego typu na oprawy energooszczędne LED.
