The implementation of the project will consist of the realisation of works related to the deep renovation of a multi-apartment residential building. In the context of the thermomodernisation work, it is planned to: heating system (heating system), performance of hot water installations, thermal insulation — outdoor wall (wall of the adjacent building gauge), insulation — ceiling for heat flow at the top down (ceiling under the floor), insulation — outdoor wall (wall wall of ground floor), replacement of window frames in the basement, insulation — wall in the ground (interior wall), replacement of door frames (outside doors, gates), replacement of lighting with energy efficient lighting. In addition, as part of the project, the eligible costs will be the execution of the technical design, the costs associated with the supervisor and expenditure on project promoters. In view of the fact that the applicant cannot recover VAT, it will also constitute an eligible cost. All expenses and works planned for the project will be delivered by 31.10.2017. (English) | |||

Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Wspólnota Mieszkaniowa Wilków Morskich 8. Realizacja projektu zostanie zlokalizowana przy ul. Wilków Morskich w Szczecinie, Województwo Zachodniopomorskie. Realizacja projektu będzie polegała na realizacji prac związanych z głęboką termomodernizacją budynku wielorodzinnego mieszkalnego. W ramach prac termomodernizacyjnych zostało zaplanowane: wykonanie instalacji c.o. (system grzewczy), wykonanie instalacji c.w.u. (ciepła woda użytkowa), docieplenie - ściana zewnętrzna (ściana zew. w prześwicie bramowym budynku sąsiedniego), docieplenie - strop przy przepływie ciepła z góry do dołu (strop w prześwicie bramowym), docieplenie - strop przy przepływie ciepła z dołu do góry (strop pod poddaszem), docieplenie - ściana zewnętrzna (ściana zewnętrzna-elewacja), docieplenie - ściana zewnętrzna (ściana zew. w prześwicie bramowym), wymiana stolarki okiennej w piwnicy U=1,70 (stolarka okienna w piwnicy), docieplenie - ściana w gruncie (ściana w gruncie), wymiana stolarki drzwiowej zewnętrznej U=1,70 (stolarka zewnętrzna drzwi, bramy), wymiana oświetlanie na energooszczędne. Ponadto w ramach realizacji projektu kosztami kwalifikowalny będą wykonanie projektu technicznego, koszty związane z inspektorem nadzoru oraz wydatki na promocje projektu. W związku z faktem, że Wnioskodawca nie może odzyskać podatku VAT, będzie on również stanowił koszt kwalifikowalny.
