The project consists of an investment in the construction of a product, process and organisational innovation in MEDEN-INMED Sp. z o.o. with elements of eco-innovation. its direct effect will be to increase the technological potential and to mobilise the production of innovative equipment. The planned modification of the technological process aims at optimising production by reducing the production cycle to 10 days, reducing material consumption and improving the energy efficiency of production processes and reducing stocks. This will ensure that the expected level of profitability of production is achieved in order to develop a sustainable competitive advantage on the market. It covers the purchase of tangible and intangible assets: 1.Manufacturing CNC milling centre 5-axial, 2.Wiertarko-milling machine CNC for profiles, 3. The CNC milling centre with automatic loading and unloading, 4.Bridging rail for the CNC for the cutting of upholstery, 5.Integrated planning IT system, scheduling and reporting of production and supply chain management (software including infrastructure — servers/recorders), 6.warehouse management module with the creation of a cream coding system (readers, terminals, printers) of the ETAP-Investment system will be carried out in sequential steps to ensure the continuity of production and smooth implementation of the new process and organisational changes: 1.Purchase of a system of planning, schedule and management of the production process and of the supply chain (including the mobile store management module) and associated infrastructure, 2.Purchase of a physical coding system infrastructure for the tracking of materials passing through the supply chain, 3.Purchase of machines of equipment implementing modern technology at different stages of the production process, 4.Integration of the planning and production management system. Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja polegająca na wdrożeniu w firmie MEDEN-INMED Sp. z o.o. innowacji produktowej, procesowej i organizacyjnej z elementami ekoinnowacji.Jej bezpośrednim efektem będzie wzrost potencjału technologicznego oraz uruchomienie produkcji nowatorskich urządzeń. Planowana zmiana procesu technologicznego ma na celu optymalizację produkcji poprzez skrócenie cyklu produkcyjnego do 10 dni, zmniejszenie zużycie materiałów i poprawę efektywności energetycznej procesów produkcyjnych oraz obniżenie stanu zapasów. Zapewni to osiągnięcie oczekiwanego poziomu rentowności produkcji w celu wypracowania trwałej przewagi konkurencyjnej na rynku. ZAKRES RZECZOWY INWESTYCJI obejmuje zakup środków trwałych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych: 1.Produkcyjne centrum frezarskie CNC 5-osiowe, 2.Wiertarko-frezarka CNC do profili, 3. Centrum frezujące CNC z automatycznym załadunkiem i rozładunkiem, 4.Maszyna tnąca CNC do wycinania materiałów tapicerskich, 5.Zintegrowany system informatyczny planowania,harmonogramowania i raportowania produkcji i zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw(oprogramowanie wraz z infrastrukturą - serwery/rejestratory), 6.Moduł zarządzania gospodarką magazynową z system kodowania kresowego(czytniki,terminale, drukarki) GŁÓWNE ETAPY-Inwestycja będzie realizowana kolejno następującymi po sobie etapami,co umożliwi zachowanie ciągłości produkcji oraz płynne wdrażanie nowych procesów technologicznych i zmian organizacyjnych: 1.Zakup sytemu planowania,harmonogramowania i zarządzania procesem produkcji oraz łańcuchem dostaw(w tym modułu mobilnego zarządzania magazynem) wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą, 2.Zakup infrastruktury systemu kodowania kresowego w celu śledzenia materiałów przepływających przez łańcuch dostaw, 3.Zakup maszyn urządzeń realizujących nowoczesne technologie na poszczególnych etapach procesu produkcji, 4.Integracja systemu planowania i zarządzania produkcją.
