Project entitled "Vocational activation of the unemployed and jobseekers in Leszno and Leszczyński poviat (V)", implemented from 01/01/2019 to 31/12/2020, whose main goal of the project is: "Support of the employment process for 314 unemployed persons (including 173K and 141M) aged over 29 who are unemployed, registered in the PUP in Leszno, qualified to the first (the so-called active unemployed) or the second profile of assistance (the so-called requiring support) within the meaning of paragraph 20 April 2004 for employment promotion and labor market institutions belonging to at least one of the groups: long-term unemployed persons, women, the disabled, persons with low qualifications, persons aged 50 and more, immigrants and returnees, persons agriculture and their families, men aged 30-49 requiring support. PUP client advisors in Leszno will develop or update IPD for all project participants. Then each participant will be covered by comprehensive support, including full a support offer covering all forms of assistance that will be identified by the participant as necessary to improve the situation on the labor market or gain employment and tailored to the individual needs of the project participants (specified in IPD). This means that each participant of the project will be covered through job placement or vocational counseling and will be directed to participate in one of the active forms of counteracting unemployment implemented by PUPs, primarily those implemented as part of the project, i.e. internship (64 people, !!!!), training (107 people,), intervention works (23 people. ) or single funds for starting business activity (120 people). The main result of the project will be achieving employment results of at least 45% for persons in the most difficult situation (persons aged 50 and more, women, persons) with disabilities, long-term unemployed persons, persons with low qualifications, immigrants, returnees); for other persons not belonging to the above groups - in employment effects at least 60%. Projekt pn."Aktywizacja zawodowa osób bezrobotnych i poszukujących pracy w Lesznie i powiecie leszczyńskim (V)",realizowany od 01.01.2019 r. do 31.12.2020 r.,którego celem głównym projektu jest:"Wsparcie procesu zatrudnieniowego dla 314 os.bezrobotnych (w tym 173K i 141M) w wieku pow.29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy,zarejestrowanych w PUP w Lesznie,zakwalifikowanych do I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw.wymagający wsparcia) w rozumieniu ust.z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r.o promocji zatrud.i inst.rynku pracy należące co najmniej do jednej z grup:os.długotrwale bezrobotne,kobiety,os.niepełnosprawne,os.o niskich kwalifikacjach,os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej, imigranci i reemigranci,os.odchodzące z rolnictwa i ich rodziny,mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat wymagający wsparcia.Doradcy klienta PUP w Lesznie opracują lub zaktualizują IPD wszystkim uczestnikom projektu.Następnie każdy z uczestników objęty zostanie kompleksowym wsparciem,uwzględniającym pełną ofertę wsparcia obejmującą wszystkie formy pomocy,które zostaną zidentyfikowane u danego uczestnika,jako niezbędne w celu poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy lub uzyskania zatrudnienia i dostosowane do indywid.potrzeb uczestników projektu(określonymi w IPD).Oznacza to,że każdy uczestnik projektu zostanie objęty pośrednictwem pracy lub poradnictwem zawodowym oraz zostanie skierowany do udziału w jednej z aktywnych form przeciwdzi.bezrobociu realizowanych przez PUP,przede wszystkim tych realizowanych w ramach projektu, tj.:staż(64os.),szkolenia(107os.),prace interwencyjne (23os.) lub jednor.środki na podjęcie włas.działalności gospodarczej(120os.).Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągnięcie efekty.zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 45% dla os.w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej,kobiety,os.z niepełnosprawnościami,os.długotrw.bezrobotne,os.z niskimi kwalifikacjami,imigranci,reemigranci);dla pozostałych os.nienależących do ww.grup - wskaźnik efekty.zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 60%.
