(min.53 women) with characteristics that are compatible with those of the target group. The target will be reached in the period from IX 2018 to IX 2019 by implementing comprehensive and individual activation support, i.e.: 1. Individual Action Plan 2. Vocational training (3). Placement of labour a.4. Professional internship:• Number of persons qualified after leaving program-58os• Number of persons employed, including self-employed, after leaving 35os;• Employment efficiency (minimum) for: -os.at 50yrs and mocecat-33 %; -women with a disability of -30 %; -women with a low qualifying rate of -38 %. Cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie od IX 2018r. do IX 2019r. poprzez realizację kompleksowego i indywidualnego wsparcia w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej,tj.:1. Indywidualny Plan Działania.2. Szkolenia zawodowe3. Pośrednictwo pracy.4. Staże zawodowe.Rezultatu osiągnięte w proj.:• Liczba os.,które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu-58os.• Liczba os.pracujących,łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek,po opuszczeniu programu-35os.• Efektywność zatrudnieniowa(minimalna) dla:-os.w wieku 50lat i więcej-33%;-os.z niepełnosprawnościami-33%;-kobiet-39%;-os.długtrwale bezrobotnych-30%;-os.o niskich kwalifikacjach-38%.
