Grupę docelową stanowić będą 96os.fizycznych(min.53 kobiety) bezrobotnych(co najwyżej 79os./min.43kobiety),poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo(min.17os./min.10 kobiet),defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy powyżej 29 roku życia, uczących się, lub zamieszkujących wiejskie obszary funkcjonalne wymagające wsparcia procesów rozwojowych [zgodnie z regionalnymi OSI] na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego.UP należeć będą do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup:-os.długotrwale bezrobotnych-34os.-kobiet-min.53os.,-os.z niepełnosprawnościami-min.5os.-os.o niskich kwalifikacjach-min.42os.-os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej-min.17os.Celem projektu jest wyższa aktywność zawodowa oraz zwiększona zdolność do zatrudnienia, wśród 96os.(min.53 kobiet) o cechach zgodnych z osobami z grupy docelowej. Cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie od IX 2018r. do IX 2019r. poprzez realizację kompleksowego i indywidualnego wsparcia w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej,tj.:1. Indywidualny Plan Działania.2. Szkolenia zawodowe3. Pośrednictwo pracy.4. Staże zawodowe.Rezultatu osiągnięte w proj.:• Liczba os.,które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu-58os.• Liczba os.pracujących,łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek,po opuszczeniu programu-35os.• Efektywność zatrudnieniowa(minimalna) dla:-os.w wieku 50lat i więcej-33%;-os.z niepełnosprawnościami-33%;-kobiet-39%;-os.długtrwale bezrobotnych-30%;-os.o niskich kwalifikacjach-38%.
