Проектът на община Никопол предвижда цялостно реконструиране и обновяване на „Централен площад“, находящ се в УПИ І - 19, 1128, 1205, 1171 в кв. 24 в гр. Никопол.Предвидените дейности включват: обновяване на площадното пространство, така че да се отчетат особеностите на терена и прилежащите пространства и да се осигури достъпна за всички среда. Предвижда се подмяна на настилките (където е необходимо), обособяване на група фонтани; изграждане на главен парков елемент със стъпаловидна структура и мини амфитеатрални форми за сядане, с художествено осветление; четири вида осветление – основно, районно, насочено и художествено осветление. Заложено е поставянето на различни архитектурни елементи – кашпи, пейки, кошчета за смет, информационни табели, разположени така, че да не възпрепятстват свободното преминаване на ползвателите с увреждания. В проекта е предвидено да се приложат всички необходими мерки за осигуряване на достъпна среда, съгласно Наредба №6 от 2003 г. за изграждане на достъпна среда в урбанизираните територии – подходящи габарити на алеите, ивици с тактилни плочи, ясна ориентация за безопасни зони и евентуална евакуация на хора при бедствие. След приключване на дейностите по вертикалната планировка и почистване от строителните материали, зелените площи ще бъдат обработени и отново затревени Съществуващата растителност ще се обогати с храстови групи и цветни акценти. Ще се използват едроразмерни растения - декоративни вечнозелени, листопадни и красиво цъфтящи дървета, храсти и др., съобразени с инфраструктурните особености на терена. (Bulgarian)

The project of Nikopol Municipality provides for the complete reconstruction and renovation of “Central Square”, located in UPI I — 19, 1128, 1205, 1171 in quarter. 24 in Nikopol.The activities envisaged include: refurbishment of the square area to take account of the specific features of the terrain and adjacent spaces and to provide an environment accessible to all. Replacement of pavements (where necessary), separation of a group of fountains; construction of a main park element with step structure and mini amphitheatral seating shapes, with artistic lighting; four types of lighting — main, district, directional and artistic lighting. The installation of various architectural elements — cashews, benches, garbage bins, information plates, located in such a way as not to hinder the free passage of disabled users. The project provides for the implementation of all necessary measures to ensure an accessible environment, in accordance with Regulation No 6 of 2003 on the construction of accessible environment in urban areas — appropriate gauges of alleys, strips with tactile plates, clear orientation for safe areas and possible evacuation of people in the event of a disaster. After completion of the vertical planning activities and cleaning from the building materials, the green areas will be processed and re-grassed The existing vegetation will be enriched with bush groups and color accents. Large-sized plants will be used — decorative evergreen, leafy and beautiful flowering trees, shrubs, etc., tailored to the infrastructural features of the terrain. (English)

Le projet de la municipalité de Nikopol prévoit la reconstruction et la rénovation complète de la «Place Centrale», située à UPI I — 19, 1128, 1205, 1171 dans le quart. 24 à Nikopol.Les activités envisagées comprennent: rénovation de la zone carrée afin de tenir compte des spécificités du terrain et des espaces adjacents et de fournir un environnement accessible à tous. Remplacement des trottoirs (si nécessaire), séparation d’un groupe de fontaines; construction d’un élément principal du parc avec une structure de marche et des mini-sièges amphithéâtres, avec éclairage artistique; quatre types d’éclairage — éclairage principal, urbain, directionnel et artistique. L’installation de divers éléments architecturaux — noix de cajou, bancs, poubelles, plaques d’information, situées de manière à ne pas entraver le libre passage des utilisateurs handicapés. Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre de toutes les mesures nécessaires pour assurer l’accessibilité de l’environnement, conformément au règlement no 6 de 2003 relatif à la construction d’un environnement accessible dans les zones urbaines — gabarits appropriés des ruelles, bandes munies de plaques tactiles, orientation claire des zones de sécurité et évacuation éventuelle des personnes en cas de catastrophe. Après l’achèvement des activités de planification verticale et le nettoyage à partir des matériaux de construction, les espaces verts seront traités et re-grassés La végétation existante sera enrichie de groupes de brousses et d’accents de couleur. Das Projekt der Gemeinde Nikopol sieht den kompletten Umbau und die Renovierung des „Central Square“ in UPI I vor – 19, 1128, 1205, 1171 im Viertel. 24 in Nikopol.Die geplanten Aktivitäten umfassen: Sanierung der quadratischen Fläche, um den Besonderheiten des Geländes und der angrenzenden Räume Rechnung zu tragen und eine für alle zugängliche Umgebung zu schaffen. Austausch von Gehwegen (gegebenenfalls), Trennung einer Gruppe von Brunnen; Bau eines Hauptparkelements mit Stufenstruktur und Mini Amphitheatral Sitzformen, mit künstlerischer Beleuchtung; vier Arten von Beleuchtung – Haupt-, Bezirk, gerichtete und künstlerische Beleuchtung. Die Installation verschiedener architektonischer Elemente – Cashews, Bänke, Mülltonnen, Informationstafeln, die so angeordnet sind, dass der freie Durchgang behinderter Benutzer nicht behindert wird. Das Projekt sieht die Durchführung aller erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Gewährleistung einer zugänglichen Umgebung gemäß der Verordnung Nr. 6 von 2003 über den Bau von barrierefreien Umgebungen in städtischen Gebieten vor – geeignete Spurweiten von Gassen, Streifen mit taktilen Platten, klare Orientierung für sichere Gebiete und mögliche Evakuierung von Menschen im Katastrophenfall. Nach Abschluss der vertikalen Planung und Reinigung aus den Baustoffen werden die Grünflächen verarbeitet und neu geweidet Die bestehende Vegetation wird mit Buschgruppen und Farbakzenten angereichert. Großformatige Pflanzen werden verwendet – dekorative immergrüne, belaubte und schöne blühende Bäume, Sträucher, etc., zugeschnitten auf die infrastrukturellen Merkmale des Geländes. (German)
