Проектът има за цел да създаде ефективен и иновативен модел за устойчива социално- икономическа интеграция на хора от уязвимите групи на територията на Община Монтана, насочен към повишаване на качеството на живот, намаляване на бедността и спиране на предаването на бедността през поколения. Нашата концепция се основава на междусекторен подход и комплекс от взаимно-допълващи се дейности, насочени към решаване на съществуващите проблеми пред лицата и семействата от уязвимите групи, съчетани с възможността за индивидуален подход, съобразен с потребностите и желанията на целевите групи.Проектът включва редица дейности за трайна интеграция на пазара на труда, включващи мерки за активиране, мотивационно и професионално обучение, осигуряване на субсидирана заетост, както и за насърчаване на предприемачеството и самостоятелната стопанска дейност. Ще бъде създадена интегрирана социално-здравна услуга в общността в активно партньорство с неправителствения сектор, която ще даде възможност за промоция на здравето, по-добро качество на живот и грижа за възрастните и хората с увреждания от маргинализираните групи. Трайната интеграция изисква да бъдат реализирани дейности за преодоляване на негативните стереотипи спрямо ромската общност и популяризиране на културната идентичност на ромите, като пълноценна част от гражданското общество в Монтана и в България.Социално-икономическата интеграция е процес, който изисква продължителни и целенасочени усилия по отношение на децата и семействата. Необходимо е да намалим съществено дела на отпадналите от образование и да работим с родителите за тяхното активно участие, включително и "училище за родители". Проектът включва широк кръг допълнителни занимания с ученици, застрашени от отпадане и деца и ученици, за които българския език не е майчин, подобряване на образователната среда в техните училища и детски градини. Предвидени са и мерки за кариерно консултиране за осигуряване на успешен преход от образование към заетост. (Bulgarian)

The project aims to create an effective and innovative model for sustainable socio-economic integration of people from vulnerable groups on the territory of Montana Municipality, aimed at improving the quality of life, reducing poverty and halting the transmission of poverty through generations. Our concept is based on a cross-sectoral approach and a set of complementary activities aimed at solving the existing problems faced by people and families from vulnerable groups, combined with the possibility of an individual approach tailored to the needs and wishes of the target groups. The project includes a number of activities for sustainable integration into the labour market, including activation measures, motivational and vocational training, provision of subsidised employment, as well as for the promotion of entrepreneurship and independent economic activity. An integrated community-based social and health service will be established in active partnership with the non-governmental sector, enabling health promotion, better quality of life and care for adults and people with disabilities from marginalised groups. Sustainable integration requires activities to be implemented to overcome negative stereotypes against the Roma community and to promote the cultural identity of Roma as a full part of the civil society in Montana and in Bulgaria. Socio-economic integration is a process that requires sustained and targeted efforts towards children and families. We need to substantially reduce the share of dropouts and work with parents to actively participate, including a 'parents’ school’. The project includes a wide range of additional activities with students at risk of dropping out and children and pupils for whom the Bulgarian language is not mother tongue, improving the educational environment in their schools and kindergartens. Career counselling measures are also envisaged to ensure a successful transition from education to employment. (English)

Le projet vise à créer un modèle efficace et innovant d’intégration socio-économique durable des personnes issues de groupes vulnérables sur le territoire de la municipalité du Montana, visant à améliorer la qualité de vie, à réduire la pauvreté et à enrayer la transmission de la pauvreté au fil des générations. Notre concept repose sur une approche intersectorielle et un ensemble d’activités complémentaires visant à résoudre les problèmes existants auxquels sont confrontés les personnes et les familles des groupes vulnérables, combinées à la possibilité d’une approche individuelle adaptée aux besoins et aux souhaits des groupes cibles. Le projet comprend un certain nombre d’activités d’intégration durable sur le marché du travail, y compris des mesures d’activation, de formation professionnelle et de motivation, l’offre d’emplois subventionnés, ainsi que la promotion de l’esprit d’entreprise et de l’activité économique indépendante. Un service social et de santé communautaire intégré sera mis en place en partenariat actif avec le secteur non gouvernemental, ce qui permettra de promouvoir la santé, d’améliorer la qualité de vie et de prendre en charge les adultes et les personnes handicapées appartenant à des groupes marginalisés. L’intégration durable exige la mise en œuvre d’activités visant à éliminer les stéréotypes négatifs à l’égard de la communauté rom et à promouvoir l’identité culturelle des Roms en tant que partie intégrante de la société civile au Montana et en Bulgarie. Nous devons réduire considérablement la proportion d’abandons et travailler avec les parents pour participer activement, y compris une «école des parents». Le projet comprend un large éventail d’activités supplémentaires avec les élèves exposés au risque d’abandon scolaire et les enfants et les élèves pour lesquels la langue bulgare n’est pas la langue maternelle, améliorant l’environnement éducatif dans leurs écoles et jardins d’enfants. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, ein wirksames und innovatives Modell für eine nachhaltige sozioökonomische Integration von Menschen aus gefährdeten Gruppen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Montana zu schaffen, um die Lebensqualität zu verbessern, die Armut zu verringern und die Übertragung von Armut über Generationen zu stoppen. Unser Konzept basiert auf einem sektorübergreifenden Ansatz und einer Reihe komplementärer Maßnahmen zur Lösung der bestehenden Probleme, mit denen Menschen und Familien aus gefährdeten Gruppen konfrontiert sind, kombiniert mit der Möglichkeit eines individuellen Ansatzes, der auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche der Zielgruppen zugeschnitten ist. Das Projekt umfasst eine Reihe von Aktivitäten zur nachhaltigen Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt, einschließlich Aktivierungsmaßnahmen, Motivations- und Berufsausbildung, Bereitstellung subventionierter Beschäftigung sowie Förderung von Unternehmertum und selbständiger Wirtschaftstätigkeit. In aktiver Partnerschaft mit dem nichtstaatlichen Sektor wird ein integrierter gemeindebasierter Sozial- und Gesundheitsdienst eingerichtet, der Gesundheitsförderung, bessere Lebensqualität und Betreuung von Erwachsenen und Menschen mit Behinderungen aus marginalisierten Gruppen ermöglicht. Eine nachhaltige Integration erfordert Maßnahmen zur Überwindung negativer Stereotypen gegen die Roma-Gemeinschaft und zur Förderung der kulturellen Identität der Roma als vollwertiger Teil der Zivilgesellschaft in Montana und in Bulgarien. Sozioökonomische Integration ist ein Prozess, der nachhaltige und gezielte Anstrengungen für Kinder und Familien erfordert. Wir müssen den Anteil der Schulabbrecher erheblich verringern und mit den Eltern zusammenarbeiten, um aktiv daran teilzunehmen, einschließlich einer „Elternschule“. Das Projekt umfasst eine breite Palette von zusätzlichen Aktivitäten mit Schülern, die vom Abbruch bedroht sind, und Kinder und Schüler, für die die bulgarische Sprache keine Muttersprache ist, und die Verbesserung des Bildungsumfelds in ihren Schulen und Kindergärten. Ferner sind Maßnahmen zur Berufsberatung vorgesehen, um einen erfolgreichen Übergang von der Ausbildung zur Beschäftigung zu gewährleisten. (German)
