Настоящото проектно предложение е част от целенасочената социална политика на Община Съединение в подкрепа на нуждаещите се лица, деца и семейства, живеещи в материално лишение и риск от социална изолация, които не могат да осигурят собственото си препитание. По проекта се предвижда да се осигури топъл обяд /кетъринг/, като храната се приготвя и доставя от външен изпълнител на територията на Община Съединение по домовете на нуждаещите се лица и семейства. Предвижда се да се осигури топъл обяд на 180 човека, нуждаещи се. Считано от 01.05.2018 г 189 бр. Периодът на социалната услуга е предвидено да бъде в рамките на месеца в работните дни – в период от 01.11.2017 г. до 31.12.2019 г. Проектното предложение е насочено към следните основни целеви групи: 1. Самотно живеещи лица и семейства, които не могат да се издържат чрез имуществото си или труда си и получават пенсии в минимални размери – за осигурителен стаж и възраст, за инвалидност, наследствени пенсии, пенсии, несвързани с трудова дейност.2. Лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки, които да се грижат за тях, установено от съответната дирекция „Социално подпомагане“.По проекта е предвидено и възможност неполучен топъл обяд, който отговаря на сроковете и условията за съхранение, да бъде разпределян на следната допълнителна целева група: 1. Лица и семейства, подпомагани по Наредба № РД-07-5 от 2008 г. за условията и реда за отпускане на целеви помощи за отопление, за отоплителния сезон, предхождащ предоставянето на помощта. (Bulgarian)

This project proposal is part of the targeted social policy of the Municipality of Unification in support of deprived persons, children and families living in material deprivation and risk of social exclusion, who cannot provide their own livelihoods. The project is intended to provide a warm lunch/catering/, and the food is prepared and delivered by an external contractor on the territory of the Municipality of Unification to the homes of deprived persons and families. It is envisaged to provide a warm lunch for 180 people in need. As of 01.05.2018 189 the period of the social service is scheduled to be within the month on working days — in the period from 01.11.2017 to 31.12.2019. The project proposal is aimed at the following main target groups: 1. Lonely living persons and families who are unable to support themselves through their property or work and receive minimum retirement pensions, invalidity, survivors’ pensions, non-work-related pensions.2. Persons with a proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them, established by the relevant Social Assistance Directorate. The project also foresees the possibility that a non-hot lunch meeting the terms and conditions of storage may be allocated to the following additional target group: 1. Persons and families assisted under Regulation No RD-07-5 of 2008 on the conditions and procedure for granting targeted heating aid for the heating season preceding the granting of the aid. (English)

Cette proposition de projet s’inscrit dans le cadre de la politique sociale ciblée de la municipalité d’unification en faveur des personnes démunies, des enfants et des familles vivant dans la privation matérielle et le risque d’exclusion sociale, qui ne peuvent pas subvenir à leurs propres besoins. Le projet est destiné à fournir un déjeuner/repas chaud/, et la nourriture est préparée et livrée par un entrepreneur externe sur le territoire de la municipalité d’unification aux foyers des personnes démunies et des familles. Il est prévu d’offrir un déjeuner chaud à 180 personnes dans le besoin. À partir du 01.05.2018 189, la période du service social est prévue dans le mois suivant les jours ouvrables — au cours de la période allant du 01.11.2017 au 31.12.2019. La proposition de projet s’adresse aux principaux groupes cibles suivants: 1. Les personnes vivant seules et les familles qui ne sont pas en mesure de subvenir à leurs besoins grâce à leurs biens ou à leur travail et qui bénéficient d’une pension minimale de retraite, d’invalidité, de pensions de survie, de pensions non liées au travail.2. Les personnes ayant un manque prouvé de revenus et les proches pour s’en occuper, établies par la direction de l’assistance sociale compétente, ainsi que la possibilité qu’un déjeuner non chaud répondant aux conditions de stockage puisse être alloué au groupe cible supplémentaire suivant: 1. Personnes et familles assistées au titre du règlement no RD-07-5 de 2008 relatif aux conditions et à la procédure d’octroi d’aides ciblées au chauffage pour la saison de chauffage précédant l’octroi de l’aide. Dieser Projektvorschlag ist Teil der gezielten Sozialpolitik der Gemeinde der Vereinigung zur Unterstützung von Bedürftigen, Kindern und Familien, die in materieller Entbehrung und Gefahr sozialer Ausgrenzung leben, die ihren eigenen Lebensunterhalt nicht zur Verfügung stellen können. Das Projekt soll ein warmes Mittagessen/Verpflegung/, und das Essen wird von einem externen Auftragnehmer auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde der Vereinigung zu den Häusern von benachteiligten Personen und Familien zubereitet und geliefert. Es ist vorgesehen, ein warmes Mittagessen für 180 Menschen in Not zu bieten. Ab dem 01.05.2018 189 soll der Zeitraum des Sozialdienstes innerhalb des Monats an Arbeitstagen liegen – im Zeitraum vom 01.11.2017 bis zum 31.12.2019. Der Projektvorschlag richtet sich an folgende Hauptzielgruppen: 1. Allein lebende Personen und Familien, die nicht in der Lage sind, sich durch ihr Vermögen oder ihre Arbeit zu unterstützen und Mindestrenten, Invalidität, Hinterbliebenenrenten, nicht erwerbsbezogene Renten zu erhalten.2. Personen mit nachweislich fehlendem Einkommen und Verwandten, die von der zuständigen Direktion für Sozialhilfe eingerichtet wurden. Das Projekt sieht auch die Möglichkeit vor, dass ein nicht heißes Mittagessen, das die Aufbewahrungsbedingungen erfüllt, der folgenden zusätzlichen Zielgruppe zugewiesen werden kann: 1. Personen und Familien, die gemäß der Verordnung Nr. RD-07-5 von 2008 über die Bedingungen und das Verfahren für die Gewährung einer gezielten Wärmebeihilfe für die Heizperiode vor der Gewährung der Beihilfe unterstützt wurden. (German)
