За да се постигне основната цел на проекта, ще бъдат реализирани дейности, свързани с постоянното укрепване и повишаване на административния капацитет и професионални умения и компетенции на служителите в ИА ОП НОИР. Мерките ще бъдат насочени също така към подобряване на условията на труд и подкрепяне на личностното развитие на служителите в дирекцията. Очакваните резултати са експертите да придобият нови теоретични и практически знания, умения и опит в процеса на доброто финансово управление на средствата по ОП НОИР. (Bulgarian)

In order to achieve the main objective of the project, activities related to the continuous strengthening and improvement of the administrative capacity and professional skills and competences of the employees of the IA OP SESG will be implemented. The measures will also be aimed at improving working conditions and supporting the personal development of staff in the Directorate. The expected results are for experts to acquire new theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and experience in the process of sound financial management of the funds under OP SESG. (English)

Afin d’atteindre l’objectif principal du projet, des activités liées au renforcement et à l’amélioration continus de la capacité administrative et des aptitudes et compétences professionnelles des employés du PO SESG de l’AI seront mises en œuvre. Les mesures viseront également à améliorer les conditions de travail et à soutenir le développement personnel du personnel de la Direction. Les résultats escomptés sont que les experts acquièrent de nouvelles connaissances, compétences et expérience théoriques et pratiques dans le processus de bonne gestion financière des fonds dans le cadre du PO SESG. Um das Hauptziel des Projekts zu erreichen, werden Maßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit der kontinuierlichen Stärkung und Verbesserung der Verwaltungskapazität sowie der beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen der Mitarbeiter des IA OP SESG durchgeführt. Die Maßnahmen zielen auch darauf ab, die Arbeitsbedingungen zu verbessern und die persönliche Entwicklung des Personals in der Direktion zu unterstützen. Die erwarteten Ergebnisse sollen Experten neue theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen im Prozess der wirtschaftlichen Haushaltsführung der Fonds im Rahmen des OP SESG erwerben.
