Cel główny projektu:podniesienie aktywności,kompetencji społeczno-zawodowych oraz zatrudnienia wśród 36 mieszkańców-24 kobiety i 12 mężczyzn- zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Iława poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym wsparciem w ramach Klubu Integracji Społecznej w latach 2018-2020.W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane warsztaty umiejętności społecznych w wymiarze 48h/ grupa,warsztaty aktywizacji zawodowej 32h/grupa,zajęcia z wizażu 20h/grupa,warsztaty wyjazdowe ekonomii społecznej 2 wyjazd/grupa,indywidualne wsparcie psychologiczne 20h/osoba,indywidualne konsultacje z trenerem pracy 20h/osoba.Grupę docelową będzie stanowić 36 osób (średni 12 os.na cykl 8K 4M) zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego,w wieku 18-64 lat,niezamieszkałe na terenie MOF Olsztyna,w tym osoby bezrobotne,które zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdą się w trzeciej grupie osób (tzw.oddalonych od rynku pracy)lub/i otoczenie osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym (w takim zakresie,w jakim jest to niezbędne dla wsparcia osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego objętych wsparciem).Do projektu będą preferowane osoby o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności,osoby z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi, osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego,osoby korzystające z POPŻ.W ramach projektu 36 osób zostanie skierowane do KIS,skorzysta z indywidualnego poradnictwa psychologicznego i wsparcia trenera pracy. 36 osób weźmie udział w zajęciach z wizażu,zrealizuje kurs zawodowy lub szkolenie oraz zostanie objętych kontraktem socjalnym.W ramach projektu odbędą się wyjazdy warsztatowe ekonomii społecznej (2 wyjazdy na grupę).
