The subject of the project is to equip SP ZOZ in Oborniki with modern medical equipment. As part of the project, medical equipment and apparatus for the palliative ward and orthopedic operating room with recovery room in the operating theater will be purchased. For the needs of comprehensive furnishing of prepared rooms in the palliative ward, the following equipment will be purchased: - nursing beds with barriers; - wheelchairs for transporting patients; - integrated body hygiene system; - accessories for the dual-function lift; - electric mammals; - ECG apparatus; - infusion pumps; - apparatus for stimulating the natural cough reflex; - pulse oximeters with accessories; - spirometer; - washer-disinfector; - diaper macerator. The equipment of the orthopedic operating room with the recovery room in the operating room will include the purchase of the following equipment: - operating table with orthopedic attachment; - anesthesia apparatus + cardiomonitor; - anesthesia trolley; - "C" X-ray apparatus; - arthroscopic vision track; - infusion pumps; - device for heating the patient; - device for heating infusion fluids; - electric hospital beds; - stationary respirator; - cardiomonitors; - defibrillators; - electrosurgical generator; - smoke extraction system during electrocoagulation procedures; - electric mammal. The project also includes obtaining an opinion on the desirability of investment in health sector and carrying out information and promotion activities. The scope of the project activities falls under the types of initiatives eligible for funding specified in Chapter III.C paragraph 3 of the Competition Regulations. One of the types of activities eligible for support are palliative care activities and benefits in the field of diseases of the osteoarticular system. Przedmiotem projektu jest wyposażenie SP ZOZ w Obornikach w nowoczesny sprzęt medyczny. W ramach projektu zakupiony zostanie sprzęt i aparatura medyczna dla tworzonego oddziału paliatywnego oraz sali operacyjnej ortopedycznej z salą wybudzeń na bloku operacyjnym.Na potrzeby kompleksowego wyposażenia przygotowanych pomieszczeń oddziału paliatywnego zakupiony zostanie następujący sprzęt:- łóżka pielęgnacyjne z barierkami;- wózki do przewożenia chorych;- zintegrowany system do higieny ciała;- akcesoria do podnośnika dwufunkcyjnego;- ssaki elektryczne;- aparat EKG;- pompy infuzyjne;- aparat do stymulacji naturalnego odruchu kaszlu;- pulsoksymetry z akcesoriami;- spirometr;- płuczka-dezynfektor;- macerator do pieluchomajtek.Wyposażenie sali operacyjnej ortopedycznej z salą wybudzeń na bloku operacyjnym obejmie zakup następującego sprzętu:- stół operacyjny z przystawką ortopedyczną;- aparat do znieczuleń+kardiomonitor;- wózek anestezjologiczny;- aparat RTG typu "C";- tor wizyjny artroskopia;- pompy infuzyjne;- urządzenie do ogrzewania pacjenta;- urządzenie do ogrzewania płynów infuzyjnych;- łóżka szpitalne elektryczne;- respirator stacjonarny;- kardiomonitory;- defibrylatory;- generator elektrochirurgiczny;- system do odsysania dymu podczas wykonywania zabiegów z użyciem elektrokoagulacji;- ssak elektryczny.Projekt obejmuje także uzyskanie opinii o celowości inwestycji w sektorze zdrowia oraz przeprowadzenie działań informacyjno - promocyjnych.Zakres działań objętych projektem wpisuje się w typy inicjatyw kwalifikujących się do dofinansowania wyszczególnione w rozdziale III.C ust.3 Regulaminu konkursu.Jednymi z typów działań kwalifikujących się do wsparcia są działania w zakresie opieki paliatywnej oraz świadczenia w zakresie chorób układu kostno - stawowego.Efekty rzeczowe (produkty) realizacji projektu to:- Liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych - 1 szt.;- Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury medycznej - 1 755 819,98 zł- Liczba zakupionych środków trwałych - 60 szt.
