Проектът предвижда инвестиции в строителни, ремонтни и технологични мероприятия, за подобряване на възможности на язовира за рибопроизводство. Предлаганата технология за рибопроизводство, е съобразена с поддържане на язовира в добро екологично и техническо състояние. Язовир(„Малка Мътница“) е построен през 1974 година, като съоражение трети клас, за нуждите на поливното земеделие. Намира се в землището на гр. Велинград-имот № 02401, ЕКАТТЕ 10450. Общата площ принадлежаща на язовира е 233,849 дка, а производствената водна - 168,4 дка. Съгласно технологичната програма, при рибопроизводствената дейност в язовир „Малка мътница“ ще се прилага поликултурно отглеждане (посадка) на видове риби с различен хранителен спектър: - видове, хранещи се с растителни представители на естествената хранителна база на язовира: бял толстолоб Hypophthalmichtys molitriх; бял амур Ctenopharyngodon idella; - видове, хранещи се с животински представители на естествената хранителна база на язовира: шаран Cyprinus carpio; есетрови видове – сем. Acipenseridae; - хищни видове: бяла риба Sander Lucioperca. Размерът на инвестицията по проекта е 326 220,53 лв. За нуждите на рибовъдното стопанство се предвижда заетост както следва: рибовъди - 3 лица, технолог- 1 лице и общ работник - 1 лице. Проектът предвижда осигуряване на безопасността, хигиената, здравето и условията на труд на работниците и служителите като се закупуват лични предпазни средства и специално работно облекло в размер на 4402,80 лв, което представлява повече от 1% от общия размер на инвестицията. The project envisages investments in construction, repair and technological activities to improve the possibilities of the pond for fish production. The proposed fish production technology is consistent with maintaining the dam in good ecological and technical condition. The “Small Mutnitsa” dam was built in 1974, as a third class facility, for the needs of irrigated agriculture. It is located in the land of Velingrad-imot No 02401, ECATTE 10450. The total area belonging to the dam is 233,849 decares and the production water area is 168.4 decares. According to the technological programme, in the fish production activity in Malka Mutnitsa dam will be applied polycultural farming (planting) of fish species with different food spectrum: — species feeding with plant representatives of the natural food base of the dam: white toltolob Hypophthalmichtys molitrix; white Amur Ctenopharyngodon idella; — species feeding with animal representatives of the natural food base of the dam: carp Cyprinus carpio; sturgeon species — family Acipenseridae; — carnivorous species: white fish Sander Lucioperca. The amount of the investment under the project is BGN 326 220.53. For the needs of the fish farming, employment is foreseen as follows: fish farmers — 3 persons, technologist — 1 person and common worker — 1 person. The project envisages ensuring the safety, hygiene, health and working conditions of employees by purchasing personal protective equipment and special workwear amounting to BGN 4402.80, which represents more than 1 % of the total amount of the investment. Le projet prévoit des investissements dans la construction, la réparation et des activités technologiques visant à améliorer les possibilités de production de poissons de l’étang. La technologie proposée pour la production de poisson est compatible avec le maintien du barrage dans de bonnes conditions écologiques et techniques. Le barrage «Small Mutnitsa» a été construit en 1974, en tant qu’installation de troisième classe, pour les besoins de l’agriculture irriguée. Il est situé sur le terrain de Velingrad-imot no 02401, ECATTE 10450. La superficie totale du barrage est de 233849 décares et la zone de production de l’eau est de 168,4 décares. Selon le programme technologique, l’activité de production de poissons dans le barrage Malka Mutnitsa sera appliquée à l’agriculture polyculturelle (plantation) d’espèces de poissons ayant un spectre alimentaire différent: — espèces se nourrissant de représentants végétaux de la base alimentaire naturelle du barrage: toltolob blanc Hypophthalmichtys molitrix; Amur blanc Ctenopharyngodon idella; — espèces se nourrissant de représentants animaux de la base alimentaire naturelle du barrage: carpe Cyprinus carpio; espèce d’esturgeon — famille Acipenseridae; — espèces carnivores: poisson blanc Sander Lucioperca. Le montant de l’investissement dans le cadre du projet s’élève à 326 220,53 BGN. Pour les besoins de la pisciculture, l’emploi est prévu comme suit: aquaculteurs — 3 personnes, technologue — 1 personne et travailleur commun — 1 personne. Le projet prévoit d’assurer la sécurité, l’hygiène, la santé et les conditions de travail des employés en achetant des équipements de protection individuelle et des vêtements de travail spéciaux d’un montant de 4402,80 BGN, ce qui représente plus de 1 % du montant total de l’investissement. Das Projekt sieht Investitionen in Bau-, Reparatur- und Technologietätigkeiten vor, um die Möglichkeiten des Teiches für die Fischproduktion zu verbessern. Die vorgeschlagene Fischproduktionstechnologie steht im Einklang mit der Erhaltung des Damms in gutem ökologischen und technischen Zustand. Der Damm „Small Mutnitsa“ wurde 1974 als Anlage der dritten Klasse für die Bedürfnisse der bewässerten Landwirtschaft gebaut. Es liegt im Land Velingrad-imot No 02401, ECATTE 10450. Die Gesamtfläche des Staudamms beträgt 233,849 Decares und die Produktionswasserfläche beträgt 168,4 Decares. Gemäß dem technologischen Programm wird bei der Fischproduktion in Malka Mutnitsa Damm polykulturelle Landwirtschaft (Pflanzen) von Fischarten mit unterschiedlichem Nahrungsspektrum angewandt: — Artenfütterung mit Pflanzenvertretern der natürlichen Nahrungsbasis des Damms: weißes Toltolob Hypophthalmichtys molitrix; weiße Amur Ctenopharyngodon idella; — Artenfütterung mit Tiervertretern der natürlichen Nahrungsbasis des Damms: Karpfen Cyprinus carpio; Störarten – Familie Acipenseridae; fleischfressende Arten: weißer Fisch Sander Lucioperca. Die Investition im Rahmen des Projekts beläuft sich auf 326 220,53 BGN. Für den Bedarf der Fischzucht ist die Beschäftigung wie folgt vorgesehen: Fischbauern – 3 Personen, Technologe – 1 Person und gewöhnlicher Arbeiter – 1 Person. Das Projekt sieht vor, die Sicherheit, Hygiene, Gesundheit und Arbeitsbedingungen der Arbeitnehmer durch den Kauf persönlicher Schutzausrüstungen und besonderer Arbeitskleidung in Höhe von 4402,80 BGN zu gewährleisten, was mehr als 1 % des Gesamtbetrags der Investition entspricht.
