Фирма БДИН БГ КОМ ООД е интензивно развиващо се дружество, осъществяващо дейността си в сектор 61.10 далекосъобщителна дейност чрез фиксирани мрежи. "БДИН БГ КОМ" ООД е лицензиран кабелен оператор за изграждане, поддържане и използване на кабелна далекосъобщителна мрежа за разпространение на радио и телевизионни сигнали, пренос на данни, достъп до интернет и VPN услуги на територията на гр. Видин и региона. Услугите, предоставяни от фирмата са добре приети от клиентите, търсенето е голямо. Компанията изпитва остър недостиг на качествена работна ръка, необходима за обезпечаване на нормалния работен процес и покриване дефицита от експерти в екипа на дружеството. За да отговори на изискванията на своите потребители и да поддържа висок стандарт на пазарно поведение възниква необходимостта от провеждане на професионално обучение и обучение по английски език на персонала, нает на трудово правоотношение във фирмата. Професионалната квалификация, която притежават служителите не отговаря на изискванията на заеманите от тях длъжности. В резултат от изпълнението на настоящия проект 62 заети лица ще преминат обучение по професионална квалификация и ключова компетентност, в резултат от което ще се повишат адекватността и уменията им съобразно актуалните нужди на фирмата. Това от своя страна ще доведе до повишаване производителността на труда, създаване на условия за устойчива заетост и заемане на по-качествени работни места. Предоставянето на подходящи умения и компетенции са основополагащи за задържане и повишаване възможностите за кариерно развитие на заетите лица в дружеството. За да отговорят на непрекъснато повишаващите се изисквания и умения за работа с новите информационни и комуникационни технологии, както и познанията им по чужд език, ще преминат професионално обучение и обучение по чужд език 62 заети лица, както следва: 12 лица Монтьор на телекомуникационни системи, 20 лица Техник по комуникационни системи, 15 лица Оператор информационно осигуряване и 14 лица Касиер. BDIN BG COM Ltd. is an intensively developing company operating in sector 61.10 telecommunications activity through fixed networks. Bdin BG COM Ltd. is a licensed cable operator for construction, maintenance and use of cable telecommunications network for broadcasting of radio and television signals, data transmission, internet access and VPN services on the territory of Vidin and the region. The services provided by the company are well accepted by the customers, the demand is high. The company is experiencing an acute shortage of quality labour needed to ensure the normal workflow and cover the deficit of experts in the company’s team. In order to meet the requirements of its customers and to maintain a high standard of market behaviour, there is a need to provide professional and English language training to staff employed in the company. The professional qualifications held by the staff do not meet the requirements of the positions they hold. As a result of the implementation of this project 62 employees will receive training in professional qualification and key competence, as a result of which their adequacy and skills will be increased according to the current needs of the company. This, in turn, will increase labour productivity, create conditions for sustainable employment and fill better quality jobs. The provision of appropriate skills and competences are fundamental to retaining and enhancing the opportunities for career development of employees in the company. In order to meet the ever-increasing requirements and skills to work with new information and communication technologies, as well as their knowledge of a foreign language, 62 persons in employment will receive vocational and foreign language training as follows: 12 persons Installation of telecommunication systems, 20 persons Communication Systems Technician, 15 persons Information Security Operator and 14 persons Cassier. Bdin BG COM Ltd. est une entreprise en développement intensif opérant dans le secteur 61.10 de l’activité de télécommunications par l’intermédiaire de réseaux fixes. Bdin BG COM Ltd. est un câblodistributeur autorisé pour la construction, la maintenance et l’utilisation du réseau de télécommunications par câble pour la diffusion de signaux de radio et de télévision, la transmission de données, l’accès à Internet et les services VPN sur le territoire de Vidin et de la région. Les services fournis par la société sont bien acceptés par les clients, la demande est élevée. L’entreprise connaît une grave pénurie de main-d’œuvre de qualité nécessaire pour assurer le flux de travail normal et couvrir le déficit d’experts au sein de l’équipe de l’entreprise. Afin de répondre aux exigences de ses clients et de maintenir un niveau élevé de comportement sur le marché, il est nécessaire d’offrir une formation professionnelle et en anglais au personnel employé dans l’entreprise. Les qualifications professionnelles du personnel ne répondent pas aux exigences des postes qu’il occupe. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de ce projet, 62 employés recevront une formation sur les qualifications professionnelles et les compétences clés, ce qui permettra d’accroître leur adéquation et leurs compétences en fonction des besoins actuels de l’entreprise. Cela, à son tour, permettra d’accroître la productivité du travail, de créer des conditions propices à l’emploi durable et de combler des emplois de meilleure qualité. La fourniture d’aptitudes et de compétences appropriées est essentielle au maintien et à l’amélioration des possibilités d’évolution de carrière des salariés de l’entreprise. Afin de répondre aux exigences et compétences toujours croissantes de travailler avec les nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication, ainsi que leur connaissance d’une langue étrangère, 62 personnes en emploi recevront une formation professionnelle et linguistique étrangère, comme suit: 12 personnes Installation de systèmes de télécommunications, 20 personnes Technicien en systèmes de communication, 15 personnes Opérateur de sécurité de l’information et 14 personnes Cassier. Bdin BG COM Ltd. ist ein lizenzierter Kabelbetreiber für den Bau, die Wartung und die Nutzung von Kabel-Telekommunikationsnetzen für Rundfunk- und Fernsehsignale, Datenübertragung, Internetzugang und VPN-Dienste auf dem Gebiet von Vidin und der Region. Die Dienstleistungen des Unternehmens werden von den Kunden gut akzeptiert, die Nachfrage ist hoch. Das Unternehmen leidet unter einem akuten Mangel an hochwertigen Arbeitskräften, die erforderlich sind, um den normalen Arbeitsablauf zu gewährleisten und das Defizit der Experten im Team des Unternehmens zu decken. Um den Anforderungen seiner Kunden gerecht zu werden und ein hohes Maß an Marktverhalten aufrechtzuerhalten, müssen die im Unternehmen beschäftigten Mitarbeiter fachlich und englischsprachig geschult werden. Die Berufsqualifikationen des Personals entsprechen nicht den Anforderungen der von ihnen besetzten Stellen. Durch die Durchführung dieses Projekts erhalten 62 Mitarbeiter eine Ausbildung in beruflicher Qualifikation und Schlüsselkompetenz, wodurch ihre Angemessenheit und Kompetenzen entsprechend den aktuellen Bedürfnissen des Unternehmens erhöht werden. Dies wiederum wird die Arbeitsproduktivität erhöhen, Bedingungen für nachhaltige Beschäftigung schaffen und bessere Arbeitsplätze schaffen. Die Bereitstellung geeigneter Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen ist von grundlegender Bedeutung, um die Chancen für die berufliche Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen zu erhalten und zu verbessern. Um den ständig wachsenden Anforderungen und Fähigkeiten für die Arbeit mit neuen Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien sowie ihren Fremdsprachenkenntnissen gerecht zu werden, erhalten 62 erwerbstätige Personen eine berufliche und fremdsprachliche Ausbildung wie folgt: 12 Personen Installation von Telekommunikationssystemen, 20 Personen Kommunikationstechniker, 15 Personen Information Security Operator und 14 Personen Cassier.
