The Council decided to focus on the development of a systemic and holistic intervention approach of the student and the problem of failure and school dropout. An integrated plan to combat failure was devised that integrates the structuring of a multidisciplinary team and promotes the development of new methodologies and pedagogical contents, as well as the construction of a tool for monitoring the entire school environment.
